Got kicked off job for going way for a short while and losing everything?

I was a meth cook and I had a bunch of my meth on the ground. I got up to go to the bathroom and came back and everything was gone. I was gone for like 10 minutes and I have been removed from the job, all my ents are gone. I spent hours getting meth, and it just disappears like that? Also the tent is gone, you know how much that costs? I can understand if I was AFK for like an hour or something but other than that but this feels unplayable. This has never happened to me before but I'm sure it's not a bug as this strongly looks like a feature. I want my stuff back man. Is there a way I can like counter act this or if a staff can resolve this?

It warns you 10 or 15 times that if you don't start moving you will be demoted for being AFK. This is not to discourage you from playing, it's to keep AFK people from hogging the jobs that someone else wants to play. I've adjusted this AFK check system for today's reset where it will no longer demote you as long as there is at least 1 available job slot.

Dude I just lost hours and hours of progress. How am I supposed to play on a server that demotivates you to play it? Can they at least change the time to AFK?

Not really playing if you got afked but sure.

somewhat relevant, you can put meth into your inventory (the bags you get from manually crushing meth, not sure about crates or pallets)

what exactly did you lose? meth doesn’t despawn when you change jobs.

It set me to citizen and my crates on the ground and tent were all gone. I also couldn't sell the meth in my fake inventory cuz it swapped my job.
