Raiding base even after being told raid timer was over

So being as how it wouldn't be considered NLR to break raid timer but would indeed be FailRP a 3 day ban is not necessary for this situation. Originally before fully reading this whole thing I thought terry had re-raided someone within the 20 minute timer, which would be considered NLR and would constitute a 3 day for the recent MNLR ban, but being as how this is just a case of going over the raid timer for 3 minutes, I do think a warn is sufficient. Terry does know better and is a long time player with plenty of experience with raiding, but 3 day banning for just going over the raid timer a bit is too much. Obviously terry should be more aware of the timer, and yes he has been causing some issues, but this just doesn't suit the offense broken.

The whole issue with this post is that they are just upset with how i play the server and are trying to take it out on me by giving me a harsher ban. Its fairly obvious from the reply's on this post that they dont actually care to use any critical thinking and are instead just banning me out of hate. I wouldnt care nearly as much about a ban if this guy was spamming "raid timer up" he said it 2 times back to back while i was lagging my ass off. I was not intentionally trying to stay longer after my raid timer to destroy stuff i thought i still had time.I was not worried about looking at ooc whatsoever this is just such a insanely bias ban they are trying to do. The issues that i have caused? MNLRED 2 weeks ago, and failrp and Make forums reports. I think i know what the real reason for all the hatred comes from recently and its because some of these staff feel called out for being reported for their misdeeds. 

 

I still would like to know why Succ was a part of the sit that happened in game about me. I believe he was directly told to not interact with me in any form outside of rp.

I am going to go ahead and accept this and hand out a warn. As for succ handling the situation yes it was a bad look and a bad idea even with the context of why he did it. I will speak with him about it and talk with my fellow admins about what might need to be done.

I've been having discussions with staff about the overall drama going on and I will make a staff announcement addressing things in full. I will have to agree that there has been too much backlash from staff that can come off as unprofessional. I will address this as well. 

I would highly suggest for you and your friend group to please try and just play the game without looking for anything to loophole, or trying to instigate any drama. I'm not throwing accusations here I am giving advice to avoid further complications. At this point you could end up with an escalated punishment if you continue to break rules. I would consider this your notification to tone things down so while I will handle things on the staff teams side, I want to make sure there won't be any issues coming from you/your friend groups side. I'm not asking for much, just that we can all go back to playing the game and having fun. 

IF continued issues arise from you/recent individuals who have been problematic, then there will have to be an escalation. Trying to avoid this from happening would really be for the best.
