Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I want to be unbanned because I understood what I did wrong, Reguarding the NLR, after the 1st time I was trying to get back and ask the base owner i think it was Xono or somthing similar to ask how his base was legal. (Base looked like it was a maze base but also a head glitch base) Got banned because of the NLR. I then hopped on a ALT account to get into a sit with an admin to understand the base setup and rules around this. I probably should of though about how hoping on an alt could be considered evasion but at the time was interested in understanding the rules further around this. Of course because I hopped on minutes after my first ban the admin that banned me noticed and banned me again before we could get into the conversation about the base. The big reason for this appeal is my brother likes to play on the server and he let me know this morning when he was playing on my computer ( It has HL2, HL2 EP1, EP2 etc and his doesn't so his has errors everywhere) That an admin had a sit with him and informed him that he was on an ALT and could get banned. He told me he explained to the admin the situation and the admin said for him to hop on his computer which he did but then again was in another sit saying his account was flagged even being on a separate PC. I do want to continue to play the server correctly and by the rules but I also do not want my brother to affected.

Bans on alt accounts constitute a x2 on the OG Ban.

 

Also all of the HL2 episodic content is included with GMod's base game now. You just need to verify the integrity of the cache/reinstall the game.

Ok, that fixes the texture issue but how do we fix the issue of him being on his own computer but still being flagged?  Plus I noticed that before my ban I had no warnings either.

Because it flags you for alting while banned. If youre banned already we dont need to warn you we just ban you and double it.

I appreciate the response but that still does not answer the question, "how do we fix the issue of him being on his own computer but still being flagged"

SO how do we prevent this from happening?

Basically, Account 1 Plays, gets banned, if Account 2 has played on the same server, on the same computer, our alt detector will forever link you two together, E.g if Account 2 then went onto a seperate content, IP address, computer, everything, it'd still get flagged, because you played on the same device with the same account(s)

To avoid this?

Don't share accounts, or play on the same device to get banned on, you suffer the consequences of their actions IMO, But others can gratefully disagree with that.
Just wait it out and follow the rules, though others may differ!

Hey man, this is just one of those unfortunate events. I’d be down to just take your word on things and be a +1 for an unban. You’ve got less than 1 day played. Just a reminder: you may not return to a base after you die for 20 minutes if you’re trying to raid that base again
