Hi, I'm Wow, I was banned almost 6 months ago for cheating, I would like to say somethings that I would hope to get me maybe Unbanned or reduce my permanent ban. First of all I wanna say that it was such a silly thing that I was cheating in a 19 year old game and just saying it sounds so stupid. I have recently stopped cheating in video games because I've genuinely matured and found that cheating is not fun. I should've learned this a long time ago when I made the experience for other people inside the server unfun. I just want to get unbanned from titsrp because man I miss playing on this server everyday and thats coming from the deepest point of my heart. I genuinely just wanna come back because I miss making friends, playing with people on this server and just having a good time with my friends.

For my charge back ban I wanna deeply apologize to Rubik. Rubik, when I refunded my money I was not aware that it would give you fees because I would NEVER waste someones money on something so silly, if I was aware that it gave you fees for declining or accepting (i don't know the pp refund system sorry) then I would've never charged back. Apology or not, this was such a horrible thing to do and I am so sorry that I wasted your money. If this somehow by a miracle gets accepted and I actually get to come back, I will NEVER buy anything from the titsrp shop. I'm glad to be refunded of my supporter and any of my suga. I just want to come back and play.

You basically have 3 cheating bans [already a perma offense] and a chargeback [immediate perma offense]
The Chargeback part is up for Rubik to decide, for the cheating, you did cheat, three seperate times, the 1st time you got banned, then it got extended to a year for alting, then after that ban was finished five days later you got banned AGAIN for cheating, waited like, a year, then cheated again and chargebacked maliciously because you got permad for cheating.

I've already let Rubik know about this appeal.

 

It's hard to trust you because you were basically given a good number of chances and you ruined them that's all I will say. With your history it's kind of hard knowing if you've truly changed because you have alted a bunch and still used cheats and when you kept getting banned you decided to chargeback while seemingly showing little remorse. You did 2 things that would get anyone perma banned (Cheatingx2 / Chargeback).

This is not my ban and Malicious is obviously no longer staff so this will pretty much be left up to Rubik.

Yeah man like others have said I don't enjoy the cheating or the charge back, this is a Rubik thing, If I were in Rubik's shoes I'd be hesitant as well you cheated twice, you charged back and this is your second appeal. I believe not sure my take on this is up to

I would like to note my first two cheating bans we're me just trolling and I didn't even play the server like that, it was a stupid thing. I don't know if you guys can check but I wasn't even level 5 yet when I got my first two.

Ofcourse I understand what you mean by the "The fact that you said you recently stopped using cheats it’s still a red flag to me" is understandable but to be honest with you, I got a ban in siege like 2 months ago and ever since then I genuinely just stopped cheating.

And thank you for being honest but the two issues are one you charged back two you have cheated twice in the sever and that's a perma ban aswell so my question is when you got banned did you charge back before or after you got banned?

So when I chargedback that was AFTER I got banned, when I got banned I thought there was just no way I can appeal a permanent ban and had no way to get unbanned so I did that, but I completely regret doing that.

Purely based on the fact that you've only recently stopped cheating as you claimed and the fact you've been banned twice for the issue and then you throw a charge back ontop of it, I feel as though you definitely are going to have wait a lot longer to even think of appealing. 

 

I appreciate the honesty and the fact that you saw what you've done is wrong however it doesn't change the fact that this perm ban is very valid. We can wait to hear Rubiks response,

I'm sorry man, but just "trolling" is not a valid excuse to cheat. I will also add that before any unban is considered, you will likely have to repay whatever amount you charged back + the chargeback fee imposed by merchants when a chargeback is performed.

 

Even if you sort things with Rubik RE the chargeback, I'm still -1 for unban.
