ToS 0.3.4 Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I was brought to a sit for RDM. I was messing around with this guy and i believe he jokingly called a sit on me. He was running around touching people and when I was asked why i killed him, I explained that he was touching kids. I said it in a staff situation, not to a group of people. I wasnt intending to defamate this player, it was purely to explain why i killed him in a roleplay situation. Me and ballsucker42 continue to banter until I am banned. I feel like this situation was blown way out of proportion. I am no saint, i just believe that this is fucked up. Who warned/banned you? Benefit on you did do it in sitland with only us two present, however even as you stated that shouldn't have come out, you told me in the clip you read the ToS and knew about that. I could see a potential unban as you do not have a history of player toxicity and you said this in a sit, as long as you know you can't go around saying stuff like that in game it should be fine with letting you off with of with a warn/note and education. I'd be willing to give you the benefit of the doubt simply due to your lack of past history, and seeing as how you do seem to understand the importance of what those accusations mean, as well as the weight even jokes can carry. I'll be giving a cautious +1 for a reduction to a warn for Player Toxicity, but please never make even the implication of that ever again.
