I have been wrongfully banned for 6 months for player toxicity. The specific context behind the ban is that it is of a sexual and explicit nature, which I wish to dismiss immediately because it is gamer language. Let's dissect my messages below.

"I will drag my nuts across your face" - Chad

This can be taken in a sexual context but if we dive deeper we can see a myriad of references to this in popular gaming culture in the form of T-Bagging after a player kills another player. This is common in all FPS shooters, Garry's Mod, and even TITSRP.

"Make you call me daddy." -Chad

Again, provoking at first glance but society is destigmatizing this phrase and it may have caught us off guard. There is a Podcast called "Call Her Daddy" that is very politically correct and even featured bastion of human rights and fair play. Presidential Candidate Kamala Harris.

Now that we have discussed what has been said, lets dive in to WHY it was said in the first place. The context behind the messages is NOT unprovoked. While I was playing the player I sent these messages to stole my parcel and threw it off the map. This is in violation of several server rules. Let us not forget the fact that:

DO try your best to help other players in a time of need
DO NOT Minge
DO NOT be a dick, we are all here to have fun and play the game
DO report bugs/exploits! Using them to your own advantage and not reporting them will have you banned

are in fact server rules that we must follow. After throwing my parcel off the map, this player messaged me:

"good luck finding your box retard"

There is no context in which this can be a message that is not toxic. This is a toxic message through and through and warrants my response and more. This message also breaks the server rules:

DO be respectful to everyone

At the end of the day, I want whoever is reading this to understand that there is deep lying context behind all my interactions on the server. I am often targeted by the same players because I am often the player that helps newer players out. I don't kill or raid people, so when it happens to me it makes no sense to me. I don't base - but effectively getting raided by someone on the street while just doing battlepass tasks is something that shouldn't happen to people.

In conclusion, the punishment should fit the crime and my ban should be rescinded for the following reasons:
A) I responded to antagonism - this should not be punished
B) The seemingly "sexual" connotation behind my remarks is unfounded and is gamer language
C) The person targeting me with frivolous reports is known for antagonizing people and trying to get them banned
D) I am not known for being a rule breaker and I am a pillar of the community that often helps new players

Saying "retard" is allowed on titsrp and does not break any rules

 

I would like to say a part of this is also AI but that doesnt matter much does it I would like to state that more of this is probably ai too, but since u put rules in here from titsrp it will lower the % of how much the detector picks up on ai things

Yes, Spys is a shitter 100% he can bug and irritate others, and he often makes rude remarks but him pming you "good luck finding your box retard" should not warrant that response you could've simply called him a retard back. He's a stupid 15yo kid and yes, his age should not be an excuse for his behavior, it just means you shouldn't make weird or sus jokes towards him. if he calls you a retard and he steals your box either don't respond or call him a retard back.

Why are you using AI to appeal? That alone is going to get you insta-denied. The only reason this would stay up is so we can just get this whole appeal nonsense out of the way. What you said was nasty and you have priors for this sort of behavior. You were given your chance to not make the same mistakes and you went and said some out of pocket shit to a clear child. Due to this you justly recieved a 6mo ban and after this it will not be appealable. We take these things very seriously and its a 2-3 strike thing. If you make another inappropriate joke to a minor, or make another off comment you will be permanently banned. The best way to avoid getting in trouble in the future is to not say these kinds of things - banter or not - to people you don't know. -1 for an unban also big shame for trying to use AI

Fact of the matter is, you have priors for player tox, you also knew Spizz is underage and still contineud with the "banter". It's simply not appropriate no matter which way you try to spin it, we have a zero tolerancy police for predatory accusations/behaviour/jokes. Simply do better, You need to serve this ban and if you choose to come back not repeat this behaviour, as next offence is simply a perm ban. Have a read of the Terms of Service in the meantime and refresh on the rules before re-joining in future.

Spizz being underage should be a non-factor in making the decision of whether or not I should be unbanned. I debunked the idea that the comments were at all sexual or predatory. In fact, Spizz has a history of making these types of accusations all over the forums to admins and players alike. All of it is completely bogus.

T-Bagging is an in game concept that is not sexual or predatory at all. It is has been in games for as long as games have existed.

Is Blue's steam description inherently sexual? Everyone knows that everything I've said is part of gamer speak and has nothing to do with predatory behavior.

Spys has never accused anyone of being a pedo if that's what you meant. Also, what part of Blues steam description is sexual? if you're talking about "The perfect organism" that would just be a reference to the xenomorph which is what Blues pfp is. that's not what organism means... I think you're referring to the word "orgasm".

He isn't using AI I'm not sure why Spizz thinks that. Those AI detectors saying its 2% AI means its 98% unlikely that its AI so adding a -1 for that reason is not a good look especially when there is no definitive proof that it is. Just by reading it I know it's not generated. 



I will add that the messages you sent to the player were a little out of pocket. It's not something like insanely bad but it's still not called for especially when the player is a minor. Now because this isn't like a crazy statement you made but this still can fall under player toxicity I would go for a +1 for a ban reduce, but after looking at your priors you have done this same thing towards a minor on September 1st which was only a couple weeks ago. This is not allowed in the server or even in real life, it's extremely weird even as a joke. No normal person says stuff regarding minors in OOC especially when it regards sexual acts. Absolutely uncalled for and disgusting. -1 for unban
