Hello.
You demoted the entire police department for 'DISBANDING POLICE' 
And then went to say it was for Corruption [Chud was PD, and was in Sitland the entire time, your justification is that you let it happen.]

Keep in mind, I never shouted at you, I made a point saying just because you're mayor doesn't give you almighty authority to demote as you please, it has to be within RP reason, and that was NOT an RP reason.

Then Chud isn't doing his job if he's in sit land while the other cops abuse my citizens to the point where they elect me to do something about it.

if he's in sit land why did he care that he had to wait 60 seconds to become a cop again?

 

I explained how I was elected (roleplay) to take care of the corruption, adverted it, did so and then demoted myself from mayor so others could actually

enjoy the game and not sit in EYE-RAPE WHITE FLASHING jail for 160 seconds.

 

You micromanage roleplay and bring up Trump out of nowhere like some deranged skitzo.

Yea there needs to be a proper rp reason to demote if this is what happened as simply demoting cops because you're disanding the police, or because you dont like them would be preventing your officers from doing their job.

This just isn't allowed plain and simple really. Iunderstand where you are coming from but there are better ways to approach this. You could hold meetings and give them plenty of time and messages before demoting if they dont respond or show up, you could demand them to fall in line and not abuse their power, you could make laws to prevent these things and demote cops for not following the laws - plenty of ways. In the end whatever you are doing it can not impede people from playing as cops.

In order to do this within RP you would need to handle each case individually. If you see a cop abusing, tell them to get in line or you will demote them, then demote them if they dont respond. A lot of people hop on cop to fuck around but unless you have genuine proof of every single cop abusing, then you are wrong to mass demote. Like i said, handle each case individually - that is your job as mayor.

We are all here to have fun and it is in fact, a roleplay server.
Being king of micromanaging roleplay and thinking you get to put people's ability to play the game in jeopardy
because of rolepolay gray areas isn't fun, especially when you do it to get revenge for your other trial moderator buddy,
like a little mafia.

Hello Again.
Chud was dealing with 2 other sits, and just because you're elected doesn't give you almighty power to demote the entire PD with no valid RP reason.
If the jail was eye-rape flashing/strobing, report it, that simple, it's against the rules.
I brought up trump as an example that just because someone is elected doesn't give them almighty power.

I've explained my reasoning in the OP.

I was on the ground experiencing the corruption first hand.

I was roleplay elected by each citizen specifically to take care of it.
I did not see any officers doing anything to help the situation at all even after I made my intentions clear /adverting.

Right, so instead of a teachable moment (remember, I literally told him I would be more specific with my firings in the future and thanked him for bringing it to my attention,
Senzu fumbles it by telling me the main issue is that his

moderator buddy Chud got fired despite now admitting he was in sit land for 10++ minutes as a cop for no reason.
 

I need good cops to help police the bad ones, negligence is textbook corruption and therefore fireable.

Now I have a warn and my ability to play the game is in jeopardy because most the good moderators got sick of this corruption and quit

What would have been unreasonable would be banning - not a verbal warn with a private note only staff can see. We would do this to a new play bathroom, you are not special here lmao. Brother you have 6 verbal notes since april, 18 in total, ALONG with 41 warns. You have been given lots of moments of leniency, hell I didn't punish you in the last sit we had where you were wrong. Why are you fighting a verbal note only staff can see for something that is correct?
