all i wanted was to make a sort of attraction out of cans and show it off like i have in many other servers. If the admins asked me to stop i would have stopped immediately but instead i was banned unfairly with no sit for 2 weeks.my intent was not malicious at all. I was just attempting to do something creative and cool on the server. as you can see from my hours you will see i am a relatively newer player. I will strive to become a better member of the community after this occurrence is over. I apologize for my actions and  i hope to be appealed and not to be banned in the future.

I decided to ban you as you came back from a ban for prop-spam and was receiving rapid notifications of you spamming props in the span of less than 10 seconds, in which I proceeded to watch what you were doing. I saw you with a toolgun out with soda cans scattered all over the floor, lots of them. I didn't believe I should've provided a sit as I interpreted you coming back to just cause issues, as you were spam alerting us very quickly with the fact that you came back from a ban for prop spam very recently.

 

If you really are willing to better yourself and actually play the server without the intent to just troll, then I would be fine with giving you the benefit of the doubt and reducing the ban to a warn.

thank you for replying to my ban appeal. I am glad you decided to give me a second chance. I understand it may have seemed like i was trying to troll and be a nuisance and that makes sense. But from now on i will not troll or prop spam any more. I apologize for my prop spam i will do better in the future.

I don't like the idea of not being brought to a sit for it. I feel like maybe if he was brought, told stop doing that or I'm gonna ban you again, MAYBE it could have went differently. However literally 3/4 of your priors bans etc are for prop spam. Because he wasn't brought to a sit and didn't get to speak for himself, and his replies above I'm going to be a plus one

So I think giving you a chance to cut it out isn't something I'm against -the fact that you have 1 verbal for prop spamming 2 warns for prop abusing , and a recent ban for prop spam really does you no justice. When people keep doing the same thing over and over they tend to get increased punishments with each continued offense. I would really urge you to cease all forms of prop abuse, and read everything in the rules about props. (you can search "prop" in the search bar of the !rules command.) If you are given leniency here you will most likely receive a worse punishment than now, please keep that in mind moving forward. I really hope you can just play on the server without causing further issues - like you claim. It would be a shame to mistreat being given another opportunity. Best of luck amigo. +1 for an unban and a warn for prop spam with a note saying future prop spam/abuse related offenses will result in a month ban.

You will be given a sit next time as well since we are supposed to do so
