Being insta punished without a sit seems like unfair judgment, but from your priors its clear that your intentions were to propspam. I wouldn't blame Harpuricle for his judgment, but to give you the benefit of the doubt, I'd vote for an unban. Stop propspamming so you don't get into these situations again
