For making a joke aka threat. I told your rookie trial mod he was being dumb for accusing me and walked off to get a burrito. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Because your trial mod should be trained not given free reign over the entire server. Who warned/banned you? Neat ,who ever that is. You typed in chat "I'm crashing this bitch" after a rather large lag spike had occurred. Me and my fellow staff members took notice of this comment which required immediate action if true. I continued to spectate you for and when I did, I saw you talking to a merchant about his items he had for sale and the words "It's about to be all over in 5 minutes" were spoken from you. Taking into account the comment made earlier and now this one I decided I had enough weight to the threat to proceed with action. I teleported you to sit land where you told me that your comments were jokes and not to be taken seriously. I then tried to explain the severity of the situation. Your rebuttal to this was to insult me, my experience, and lastly you called me a f slur. I then consulted fellow staff members. We all agreed that this was too far and so I decided to punish you with a 6m ban. Even if this was meant as a joke, threatening server stability is taken seriously on TitsRP, and joking about server crashes is explicitly against the rules. This type of disruption can hinder both player experience and the integrity of the server. I stand by my ruling and give a -1 to this post.
