so are u voting for a 1 week ban or still for a 1 month? 

my sit exploiting ban was as harsh as it was due to my general punishment history and me clearly not being someone who cared about the rules, which is why i brought it up here when in relation to someone elses first exploiting ban alongside a history of other rulebreaks.

i think in my eyes the difference is 1 is a clear rulebreaker who keeps returning to play to break different rules and then use the punishment guidelines to get minimum bans, whereas lockheed martin had 2 bans within the last 3 years before his exploiting ban (which he exploited for the sake of RDM, not for money-making/basing). Also keep in mind this user's last appeal where he said he would change his ways to follow the rules, and then instantly exploits to make money.

sure this isnt continued rdm, but his constant punishments show he quite clearly cant follow rules and does not care about them, and had he not been banned is likely to have continued exploiting into areas to base. imo a heavier ban for this type of player is very much warranted given his overall history.

I think 1 month could also for sure be fair when taking into account other bans for people exploiting into bases to destroy entities, as this guy exploited to use entities (i guess is the relation), but as I've said I think this user's history and the fact he does not care about the rules is why it should be a heavier punishment. If it ends up being 1 month though that is fine (apparently he only made 400k with it but i was told he made millions so maybe the wipe is excessive from my initial response)

My issue with the previous exploiting ban I brought up is that Lockheed did that to the detriment of the entire servers roleplay. When there is a mayor with dictator laws and no one can remove him from office it forces players to interact, group up, and come together to take down the mayor with revolts. This situation only affected gmodplayer22's wallet and in the grand scheme of things 400k-1mil isn't that much money. Certainly nothing worth 3 months of a ban in my eyes. I am fine with a 1-2 month ban just because of the history of this player but I feel consistency in regards to exploit bans would help. Especially because if an outsider sees we punish harder from one situation to another they can see it as bias.

This is not true. Please inform me of who said this in private or on this thread so I can make a report on them. Money on titsrp is public domain meaning anyone can see your money using the discord bot or many tools provided by rubik. I literally made a net profit of ZERO DOLLARS (started with 1 million, dumped it into upgrades, left with 800-900k). Feel free to fact check this information. 
How can staff members blatantly lie and consistently get away with it. This is not even my first experience with half truths and over punishment.

I agree on a 1 month ban with possibly a money wipe. I shouldn't lose my entire 5+ years of progress on the server because of a stupid mistake that netted me 0 dollars and no RP advantage other then access to menus in an area where it is prohibited

Apologies for the 3 posts in a row, it would not make sense to edit the previous post. Recently it came to my attention that the banning staff member was demoted from their position. This ban was clearly a lapse in judgement and the staff member who carried it out can no longer reasonably accept or deny the appeal. I am hoping that my punishment will be reduced to the more appropriate 2 week- 1 month mark.
