I was playing as cop for about 30 min. I probably arrested nearly 30 people due to laws about no weapons without license. One person made a ticket, and Sanze said that from logs he could tell I was MRDAing.

I was not able to explain my side due to not even knowing which of my arrests he was talking about. The person who made the ticket did not even explain how I RDAed him. Sanzu said that it was clear I RDAed because he could tell from logs they had phys guns or fist out. I explained to him that every single person i arrested had broke a legit law, which is why no tickets were made except for the guy who made the ticket (who was a brand new player and did not know why I was arresting him, ie the mayor laws).

Sanzu said he cross referenced every single arrest to damage logs and weapon check logs, and assumed that because there wasn't damage or a weapon check, that it had to be RDA.

I did not RDA a single person and logs showing that I arrested people with fists or phys gun out is not evidence.

How can anyone play TitsRP as police if Tmods are going to ban without concrete evidence?

I go by logs.
If they switch to Fists/Physgun, i expect you to have proof that they had a gun, not them, I did cross reference, you had 9-10 Arrest logs And a few of them were not warranted via damage/illegality.

with nothing corrolating around it, it seems after he was uncuffed he retaliated in damage in which you arrested him again, which was warranted.



Here is the second random arrest log, No damage, No Illegality, randomly arrested in the street while walking out of spawn.



A fourth, and fifth RDA with no weapon check, each was in the street, holding a non-AOS weapon.

You then demanded pure video proof instead of retorting why or how, as well as demanding a higher staff member because I was 'inadequate' and refused to properly cooperate other than demanding 'Video proof' 

There were no laws to dictate nor warrant your arrests.
There were was no damage to dictate your arrests
Some were valid, i can give you that, You did weapon check Ree Todd the second time, and arrested him, as well as some others.
But these few were arrested, by what the logs say, RDA.
With it being a count of Four, and you having a history of bans for MRDA, I decided a three day ban was fair enough.

I do not have the burden of proof, you do. You never even told me who I "RDAed" - right now is the first time I am seeing them. Only one arrest is from the person who made the ticket, who I you check, punched me with his fists.

"It seems" means you do not know, considering no ticket was made for this log, you have no way of knowing besides making it up in your twisted mind.

I told you, you RDA'd numerous people. and Ree Todd was the one who made the sit, If needed I can pull the log of him calling the sit and pulling him.
Secondly He did punch you, about three minutes before that, which, is weird why you'd either A: Chase him down for three whole minutes just to arrest him, or B: Arrest him for getting hurt three whole minutes ago. [nearly four] 
And it doesn't look like it was a chase or struggle to arrest him, As the damage log was, about four feet to the right of the arrest log that far apart.
Nor would you attempt to try and let me explain nor be thorough or ask questions, you simply kept demanding 'Video proof' and to 'Get a higher up' and kept telling Ree Todd to fuck off anytime he told me what he was doing when you arrested him.

No ticket can be made for a log, but I can still punish based off of it with the interactions.
That's like saying a guy can't be banned for MRDM because the guy that reported it, died once and saw him do it to others.
You RDA'd numerous individuals, with a history of MRDA.
