I was warned because I (supposedly, i have no memory of doing this) RDMed another player. They tried to bring me into a sit but I was having a really hard time communicating. Because of my typing issues, they just went straight for RDM and then immediately returned me. This doesn't feel like I would do on oppose unless they came at me first and they never seen let me TRY to explain my side of whatever it was, but I was robbed of any sort of patience and understanding to do so. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I'm not saying it should be fully removed, but maybe altered to be accidental RDM because i can't see why I would go out of my way to kill someone randomly. It makes no sense for my character An accident doesn't mean it should always be erased. Who warned/banned you? It was like Andy or something How long were you warned or banned for? Was just a warn. I wasn't able to get any footage that would support either side as it's mostly just sitting around either fountain or the tall block at tunnel. If anyone has anything that's related to this I couldn't be opposed to it. During the sit, you weren’t speaking, and when you typed in chat, it was mostly random or incoherent words. I'm not sure if that behavior was related to any issues you might have been experiencing. If I had access to them, they would show you rdming player a as well as the random messages you were sending in chat during the sit. I didn't speak because I am a mute player. And like I said, I had I taken my late light meds and they can make me confused. I have 0 memory of the event either so I can't even say what really went down. I was trying my best to string something together but I felt rushed which only made me try to type faster and that just ended up being a mistake because I wasn't even sure what I was defending in the first place, so it was probably just as good as keyboard spamming. This is why im not just asking that the warn be removed, but simply changed to accidental RDM, because I have quite literally 0 memory of these events and im not exactly known as a player who goes around purposefully killing other players for the sake of being an ass. I mean honestly while it was rdm and a warnable offense, I can vouch for hex in the sense that there ARE medications that can really put you in a haze, mess with your memory, and cause odd behaviors. Ambien is a big one that people can have problems with. Honestly it sounds like you were cooked on ambien and weren't really aware of what was going on. Am i right? Honestly I would be +1 for a verbal note, though a change to the warn would be acceptable too. I think if it gets changed to a verbal, hex you really gotta be more careful with playing while on medication like that. In the end you are responsible for your actions even if you wouldn't have done them normally, or you have no recollection of the events. This is essentially the same excuse as “I was drunk so it’s not my fault.” If you’re in a state where you can’t trust your actions then don’t put yourself in a situation to make them.
