So it started when I raided TempyKilledHer (raid fully within rules) and he decided to set up a "base" right across from where mine was, within this base he has a single wall with the world glow mat which faces my base, the wall to his right in the pictures above is no collided, so he can run in and raid as soon as we drop our dupe, which he has tried to do a couple times already, you can see he's scoped in waiting for dupe to drop, his reply to me asking him about it was "I like the street view", but only has 1 part of his base with that material, no its technically there is not a rule against what he's doing, but in my opinion it seems like he's loopholing/player targeting just because he got raided. Is this allowed or would this be considered targeting/loopholing?

The construction of the base did not occur until after a raid was attempted, once the base was fully up and the props were placed, a new raid attempt did not occur. I was simply just messing around, the base even had tables and chairs and a sign on the side labeling it as a "public base".

you did not label it as a "public base" until i called you out. And "messing around" refers to looking in my base and sitting out there for quite literally hours waiting.

I labeled it a public base when the base was finished being constructed as one does, as a public base sign invites people into the base, and i wouldn’t want anyone in there till it is finished.And yes messing around refers to me looking into your base because no other actions were made after, no raid, no kills, just chilling in my base, so yes i was messing around. Also i didn’t label it a public base strictly because you “called me out”, if i cared about that i wouldn’t of encouraged you to go ahead and make this forums post, if i wanted to avoid anything, i would’ve removed the props and left it alone, but I am and was confident that what i was doing was not crossing any lines or boundaries withheld by the rules.

Gerald I understand where you say he isn't breaking any rules, but like you said it was purely out of spite, and he hung around there for an hour or 2, he says the base was meant to be public and he was still building, there was never a building sign, and he was literally sitting there staring at our base for most of the time, not afk either, one of my base mates was in there with him through almost the whole time, its clear player targeting whether he gets punished or not, just keep in mind that he is a staff member acting this way.
