That alley way between the shop base and PD is considered the street as it is not directly behind a door which is required in order to claim an area as a base. 
 

The first clip you’ve provided shows nothing other than you being pulled into a sit and starting to go crazy towards the staff so idk what that’s trying to prove. 
 

The second clip shows you just repasting a dupe while someone is trying to break the props. We can’t see any of the building signs with the clip provided so can’t comment on that. IMO this second clip doesn’t show much other than you repasting a dupe and him having props in the walkway of the alley. Not much to go off with that.

 

Your claim of owning the sidewalk when you own a base is false. When you own a door you own everything from behind the door. You may use a loitering sign that applies to the sidewalk directly in front of your door but you cannot build on it or use it the same way as if you owned it so that is just false. 
 

As for the minge claim, with the evidence you’ve provided I don’t really see any of that other than the destroying of your props. As Harold said above he was destroying your props in order to leave to me this seems more like you being a minge than him. 
 

With all of this considered and the very little in terms of evidence there’s not a whole lot to go off of, it’s just a bunch of he said she said which with is just no good for anyone. 
 

I’ll wait to see what others have to say about this whole thing before voting on it but going off of your history Epicred, you don’t have the best track record of being truthful and executing valid votebans/demotions.

I've spoken to Harold just now in game just now and he has been told to leave Epicred alone, I was watching him go around his base placing boomboxes and using his mic while Epicred was building. 

Most of it was generally harmless but I can see how the constant noises would eventually annoy Mr. Epicred. I did tell Epicred to mute his boombox or voice, but I figured just talking to both of them in a sit would do more.

Once again to refresh your memory, you must have forgot.
Bob the Builder can only public base and his base must be a skybase or a base on the street, not in a building.
This was determined in the sit prior by Gerald and Dunkerwickle and a higher rank Admin/Mod that they reached out to  to be an alleyway, and the former Bob the Builder (The builder) can only skybase and base on the street, NOT ALLEYWAYS.

In previous sits it was determined when you own the door you own to the edge of the sidewalk. I was well within where I can build

Builders are allowed to build anywhere they want within reason, building on top of a roof is well within reason. Only problem lies in the fact that you're supposed to own the doors and the builder cant own buildings. I'd say whoever owns the building is fine with it then its fine.

Heres the thing, whoever was there first is able to base there. If bob the builder was there first, you doing what you did is 100% wrong and prop minging.

There seems to be a lot of mixed feelings on how the alleyway should be handled.

here you can see a clip showing what was placed there underneath epicreds props.

Dr4y didnt really do anything wrong except for some mild blowtorching, which honestly I don't blame them for. Harold did false voteban you though since we do not voteban for false votebans. -1 for any punishment on dr4y
