Who are you reporting?:

Gaylord Grossweiner/Harold(STEAM_0:1:49142220)

Why are you reporting this player?:

Incident Summary: I was falsely banned and accused of prop-blocking and minge after a dispute with other players regarding building placement and prop destruction.

Detailed Explanation:

Initial Dispute: I was reported by Dr4y for prop-blocking. During a sit with administrators Gerald and Dunkerwickle, they confirmed that 'Builder' class players cannot construct in alleyways and must have a skybase or street-level base. They instructed Dr4y to relocate their structures.

Unresolved Conflict: Dr4y failed to comply with the administrators' instructions and continued to destroy my props repeatedly using a blowtorch. I submitted multiple reports, but received no response.

Voteban: Due to the lack of response from administrators, and ongoing prop destruction, I initiated a voteban. Gaylord Grossweiner was successfully votebanned for minge/raiding a player with a building sign.

False Ban: Following the successful voteban of Gaylord Grossweiner, Harold (SteamID unknown at the time) initiated a false voteban against me for "False demoting people, prop-blocking and minge." This false ban followed the administrators' confirmation of my building placement rights (I owned the doors to a three-story building and the shop below).

Evidence:

Video recording showing clear building signs and repeated prop destruction by Dr4y/Gaylord Grossweiner.
Request: I request a review of the false ban and a reversal of the unjust punishment. The video evidence clearly demonstrates my adherence to server rules and the malicious actions of other players. I Request apropriate reprimands against Dr4y and Gaylord Grossweiner for their malicious actions post sit ruling.

Additional Notes:

Administrators Gerald and Dunkerwickle can confirm the initial sit and the ruling on building placement.
The successful voteban against Gaylord Grossweiner further supports my claim of malicious intent by other players.

Do you have evidence related to this incident?:

Yes

  • Bob the Builder can only public base and his base must be a skybase or a base on the street, not in a building. This job should be used for things such as gambling stands and fun/interactive public bases, using it to actually base is FailRP. Common sense applies with where you can build.

  • You may place a ‘building’ sign outside which prevents you from being raided. Do not spawn, drop, or use illegal or raidable entities (including lootboxes) with a building sign up, otherwise the sign is null and void and you can be raided.

He was never told to move his base at any point you can check with the staff who were there during the situation You kept saying he needs to move, but the truth is, he doesn’t and he was never told to. You can confirm that with the staff who were there at the time.

He wasn’t in a building he was in an alleyway that’s not connected to your house

SOooo good thing the Sit like 5 minutes before this interaction, they told Dr4y to move, and this was coming from higher ups. "The Builder" has to base in #1. The Sky or #2. On the STREET.
I had two doors in there, I own to the edge of the sidewalk when I own the door. I have tested these rules and know the boundaries, exactly why my dupe is the way it is.
You jumped into a situation you had no prior knowledge of what happened.
This was a falseban in its purest form.
Not only did they not comply with the results of the sit for "propblock" and Dr4y was told to move.
This is when Gaylord Grossweiner started minge breaking my props in my base that had proper building signs.
This is falling into the rules of  "
You may place a ‘building’ sign outside which prevents you from being raided. "
So now this falls into the realm of raiding a player with a building sign, or flat out minge.

So builders aren't allowed to build on the rooftops of bases? If that's the case, what about all the builders who do build there, are they breaking the rules? Also, just to clarify, that spot is an alleyway. It's surrounded by buildings, but it's not a building itself.

"Also, you were trapping people inside the public base and didn’t explain why you couldn’t just remove the prop at the bottom to let them out. Why can’t someone base down there? It seems like everyone has to do exactly what you say or face consequences. On top of that, you placed a money pot in front of his base to block access, instead of simply asking a mod to help remove his props. You kept repasting your base whenever people tried to leave, without giving any explanation. You could’ve just asked him nicely to move

Unfortunately for you, it was already determined they had to move.

"You were even muted during the sit for spamming a rule in chat, and after the mod muted you, you started spamming a text screen on the ground with the same rule, basically insisting he had to move, even though the rule isn’t entirely clear. Plus, the whole topic of where players can build is still up in the air and being reworked.
