I was next to the pd and I was trying to get one of the pd to arrest me so I could break out of jail for my battle pass and the swat that I asked asked me to kill him bc his stuff was bugged I think (I’m pretty sure his name was rancid chicken) so I did and another swat started shooting me I killed him before he killed me and my bullets so happened to hit a few bystanders unintentionally killing one or two players. I tried to explain this to the trial moderator “the unknown traveler” n he didn’t even take the time to try and look into it or hear me out just banned me based of my priors (which in a way I can understand) but this was unintentional besides the two swats that I killed for asking me to and rdming me. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? It was unintentional rdm/“mrdm” before the guys respawned I tried to apologize and say the swat was shooting me then next thing I know I’m caged and banned not even 2 minutes later. I understand I have recent priors/warns/bans. But this was genuinely unintentional I just redeemed my 3 day supporter for joining the forums I was simply trying to finish my battle pass and somehow me protecting my self turned into mrdm. I just don’t understand why I get A instant 1w ban for a simple accident. Who warned/banned you? Rioting_shadow Posted April 7, 2025 Share Posted April 7, 2025 (edited) as the punishment guidelines state, unintentional or not you can still be banned for mrdm, as the logs also stated those players didn't damage you at all. as there was also 3+ kills (not counting the officer that tried killing you). but i do believe you do have a fair point that there could have been some crossfire as those players that died by "crossfire" did have low health. so. i would say i wouldn't mind this appeal being accepted, just please keep mind of the surrounding area and other players around you. its important to keep everyone on track with the rules and keep the game enjoyable. thank you for making an appeal and have a good day. -The Unknown Traveler.
