Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I was getting MRDM'd and defending myself against Three players playing SWAT and rdming a crowd, their names Were Fentrell JR, Frentrell JR and Donquatavious Fent. These three continously kept rdming me whenever they saw me, I would then return fire onto these people as I was defending myself, granted the people are terrible and only won their gunfights every 1/5 times. I think they got fed up on failing to RDM me and clipped me the one time I shot them without them returning fire. Granted I know I should have made tickets for something like this, but honestly they were having their fun trying to RDM me and I was having my fun defending myself. So I didn't think it was really needed. Until they all decided to report me for the one time I RDM them without them firing upon me,

When I was pulled into the staff sit, the staff member had all three of them surrounding my cage, when I was trying to explain my side of the story, the staff member didn't really acknowledge any of the evidence I was willing to provide, chat was also being moved by the three people who were there just teasing me in the cage. When I told the staff memeber about the clips I had, he didn't even acknowledge it, but instead decided to trauama dump about, "The things going on right now have really driven me up the wall and I don't want to deal with this shit". So I was unable to properly defend myself and was instead asked unneccessary questions, whenever I would speak the other three at the sit would speak over me. Cluttering chat with some teaseful words. The staff member even acknowledged in logs that I was only killing the Fent people as I said in one of my statements to him, "These three keep rdming me, I'm only killing them because they're shooting at me". The staff member then replied, "Wow you really did only kill them" Only acknowledging the case that would be put up against me.

I think the staff member made a bad judgement call, due to having a bad day, I don't blame him, dealing with people like this every day is a hassle and doesn't pay (at all). So I understand, however I do wish the staff member would have indulged in the clips I HAD before sentencing me with a 3 day ban and asking me questions that didn't really help me explain myself and when I tried to explain myself, he didn't even acknowledge it.

I currently don't have the clips showing them RDMing me and defending myself as I deleted the clips out of frustration because the staff member didn't even bother to take interest in looking at them.

I am happy to provide logs, but like I explained to you already (which was clearly also not acknowledged), MRDM is still MRDM,  even in self defense. Multiple innocent bystanders were also caught in the crossfire, with multiple damage logs to verify that.

 

With that many instances of MRDM going on, the last thing you should do is join in. You were given lenient treatment because i DID acknowledge the circumstances, but this ban still could've easily been a week.

 

For future reference, always make a staff ticket.

I agree with that statement, I understand two rights don't make a wrong, but I do wish you at least intended to look at my evidence before sending me off. That's my only quarrel with this ban.

Your frustration is completely valid, and I agree it was a mistake on my end. However, the evidence ultimately wouldn't have shifted the end result, as it was still MRDM.

 

Having said that however, I am willing to 

 

+1 for a reduction to a Verbal
