I personally felt when I first got taken to sit land the punishment was set (they already said im getting warned)., To start, I was killing myself for a while to get around quicker which shows in the video. I would deliver enitities to peoples bases and kill myself inside so they didnt have to undo their dupes. In the video it show it all. Just last thing ill mention is why is someone else making a report for their friends ontop why am I being judged for a verbal failrp warn on a pd assist fail advert. (This was way longer then 20m of my recording time so I couldnt get video of my defense in this claim)

seems like bad timing, i think a warning based on the logs for failrp is a little wild

So to add on my knowledge of the case... I got contacted by Swag Sammy last night about 1600hrs my time, and he asked me if it was failrp for someone to purposefully use killbinds to avoid a hitman. Now I recalled it being in the rulelist and went to go look just to verify, but nothing was there. I decided to wait till I could get some confirmation from other SMod+ and the agreement is mostly that it was fall into similar territory of CNTAP or LTAP. 

 

I do wanna apologize for passing out on my keyboard last night. It was a busy day.

 

What needs to be known is the following:

* Yes it's against the rules to use killbinds to remove yourself from an RP situation

* With regards to logs, what seems to be the case is that another party made a report, but no staff took the sit?

 

Either way, this is definitely a rule, but I'm not sure if it'd warrant a warn over say a note, but this is entirely dependent on Maki's record.

Kill binding to avoid RP is fail rp and you had piors already. I gave a warn based on your piors and evidence to back up the reports claim. Now, the sit took awhile because im not trying to falsely warn someone for something they didn't do. I had just join the server in a sense, they told me what happen, didnt have logs to verify, they sent me logs showing me right when he started attacking you, and you health dropped to almost 0, you kill binded... maybe it was just an unlucky coincidence.

Right from the start you wanted to give me a warn before even looking at my warns. I felt that this sit was bias based.

The sit was based on sold evidence not bias nor favoritism. I even checked your piors and they say this:
 "verbal for failrp - party assist to defend a raid" because you had piors already indicating you know the rules, when you do. I gave a warn for failrp. Now I hope understand that 2 more failrp(s) can be seen as obsessive behavior and could lead to a ban based on proper punishments.

I wish you did the sit more professionally, Asked me stuff instead before anything was said you just right away said I was getting a warn, No questions where asked towards me. Only what your friends said. I could of understood a verbal warn regarding this. Since this is something I've never done before instead of being judged for other situations. Which I've been improving on. I still just dont get why you wanted the most harsh punishment on me from the start.
