I should be unbanned because I have literally 0 warnings on my record on the time of the ban, I was literally basing with my friend at the time and was roleplaying. I made one mistake and didn't apologize in the sit and he banned me for 3 days despite the rules saying 15 warns are required for a 1 week ban. + nothing in the rule says that blocking a window from outside the base isnt allowed. I was in a bad mood at the time and I do apologize for who I prop blocked and will never do it again. Who warned/banned you? Tene Posted January 17, 2025 Share Posted January 17, 2025 (edited) hey man, i banned you because you were propblocking a guys windows during a raid to block his vision and give yourself/the raider an advantage. this just isnt allowed despite you telling me it is (i told you it isnt), you then i guess tried to loophole and moved the props 1meter away from the window but spawned 2 more so youre still propblocking his view. i tp you to a sit about it and ask you questions and you very clearly just do not care to answer or even want to acknowledge that what you did wasnt allowed (i mean i guess u say ok at the end of the clip but still). The way you acted etc along with just your propblock being raid-related i decided to ban you as there was clearly no intention to roleplay or any intention that i could see that you would maybe want to follow the rules after this (Can you get this over with?) > I think you felt like it wasnt a big deal even after i had told you it was a rulebreak because you were expecting to get a warn (as shown here too it seems a ban was not something you expected), as you even ask to just give you the warn in the sit so you can move on. Your punishments are all from 2022, yes, but you also have just not been active since 2022, so you still being non-compliant with your history of non-compliance and your attitude towards the sit shows that you literally couldnt care less about the rulebreak or any punishment I wouldve given you (as i said, u were expecting a warn). anyway sorry for yapping scroll for everything u need if cba to read Punishment guidelines: (yellow highlights are whats relevant to this ban) (Prop Abuse) General Prop Abuse Can be anywhere from a verbal warning to a ban. If involved in a raid this could be considered exploiting and can result in up to a 30 day ban Read description of that video for anyone confused about the 20s timeskip during the sit Based off of the way you acted in the sit, your punishment history (despite being old its what i have to work off of + u havent been active on the server since then, simply leaving then coming back 2 years later to continue doing the same stuff), and the punishment guidelines, I believe my ban is entirely fair and valid. I hope this serves as a punishment that may make you start to learn the rules instead of just breaking them and expecting warnings every time. I am -1 for this ban appeal for the reasons stated, however staff may feel free to disagree if they think I am wrong/overpunished. Also, the rules are not saying you need 15 warns to be able to receive a 1 week ban, maybe thats why you broke rules because you thought you couldnt get banned until you had 15 warns, but that is simply the automatic banning process when you hit that number of warns, not a staff requirement. Building in a raid according to guidelines can be a much harsher punishment. There is nothing "outrageous" about this ban besides the fact that you came back after a 2 year break and still blatantly disregard the rules and what you are being told.
