Now, onto the report itself. There is no doubt that this is clearly admin abuse. The user he claims to have punished was never punished, not a ban, a warn or a verbal. If you haven't seen the clip, he throws out the user with his physgun so he could kill him. As staff, we are trained to not use any staff tools in mainland for purposes that isn't sit related. While physgunning someone to free them from being stuck is fine, physgunning someone outside of spawn to carry out a job function (Crips v Bloods being KOS to each other) is blatant admin abuse.

 

I am a +1 for a demotion of Frisco.

this shouldn't matter. it is a bad look on the staff team. other people have been demoted for far less than this. even if they were messing around, an Smod shouldn't be doing this and an admin should know it doesn't matter.

are we acting like youve never froze a friend, dragged them out of spawn, or shamed them as a joke?
(since when are we punishing over things not being reported by the affected player)

freezing players on accident is a very different situation from purposefully dragging people out of spawn. i admit to have frozen players on accident and other staff members have as well. you should never be dragging people out of spawn, that is not accidental. 

 

EDIT: anything purposeful, including freezing your friends, should not be happening as staff

The affected player was pissed off and and clearly cared but probably couldn't bother to make a report. I believe just because a player can't be bothered to do something doesn't mean an admin abuser should get away.

Just found out an old staff member was only striked for the something similar but worse compared to what Frisco did. The way the old staff member was punished set a precedent for this going forward. Personally, I think he should be demoted but that is not fair to Frisco or any other staff member. +1 for strike

I was physgunned then killed in spawn, I did not want to be killed and he did it anyway. he gave me a gold gun and i didnt kno it was a bribe until my friend explained it to me. I do think this was admin abuse and want him dmoted

are you referring to the leggy i gave you after you already said you didnt care, which i didnt say i would give you before you said that? (that isnt how bribes work.) 

For context, I gave him a leggy for wasting like 2 minutes of his time having to wait for someone to arrive to clip since my software isnt working
