I'd like this one off my record, please. I never RDM'ed anyone. I was killing people who were kidnapping in progress or had attempted kidnapping with a bludgeon. This is a KOSable thing for everyone. Logs would show that everyone I had killed had recently kidnapped someone (maybe with the exception of the attempted kidnapping case, but it was only 1 person and they were trying to bludgeon me). I don't have access to it since I was banned and can't recover the logs, nor do I take clips, but I feel like the burden of proof shouldn't be on me for this one.

I was vote banned so I couldn’t get access to my logs, but if they’re somehow retrievable then you could see I’m telling the truth. shouldn’t the burden of proof be on @Prop Chucker? He’s the one who votebanned me for this, he should have some proof of this. Judging by other reports it seems I’m not the only one getting false votebanned by him

Prop called the vote but a majority of the server's players voted in favor of a ban. Unless you have any evidence such as screen recording or logs there's not much for us to go by besides your word vs. a small majority of the server. When you're vote kicked/banned your logs are automatically exported to your /garrysmod/data folder. You can find the logs you're looking for there.

It looks like it doesn't give you logs if you are votebanned but gives logs if you voteban someone else

 

 

I was never given a log for when I was banned. 

 

Same with this folder as well.

 

But this would mean that perhaps @Prop Chuckerhas the logs for this that he can provide should he ever see this? The majority voted in favor but you know how the people are when there is no staff on and someone puts up a vote ban for "MRDM". They just assume and vote yes.
