Series of events are as follows. Killed them for blowing up my boombox, they returned to my base again and was killed, 1st NLR, they then return again inside of my base and are killed again and their party member kills me. 2nd NLR. I wait for party member to leave and end raid and return to my base. Kitty then returns and tries rdming me from outside and dies again 3rd NLR, Their party member then kills me again. As shown in clip, kitty ends up dying a couple more time after this as well for same reason. Thier party member was also breaking NLR as they left the raid but continued to return and defend party member. Its odd that the staff literally didnt care and tried to tell me i wasnt allowed to base as SWAT but it is what it is. Staff usually equal shit on this server so im not surprised one bit.

Staff refused to handle this in game, seemed like favoritism but whatever. Attempted to handle in game but the 2 staff online must have lost brain cells while being trained because they kept saying i wasnt allowed to base as SWAT and refused to handle my sit and treated me like i was the one breaking rules.  Even after the person im reporting, reported my in game for mass RDMx5 (for killing them in my base) the staff still refused to handle the mass NLR so here we are.

You Broke NLR around 3 times (i have clips) RDMed around 5 times (I have clips) as well as refused to listen to Staff on the issue the ticket was made for. The only issue that was raised was that swat/Police cant Solo Base with nothing inside. You had no props/Ents and only held doors because you wanted to Spite me. Staff on at the time told you to sell doors and that you couldnt base solo as swat. You again refused to listen to staff and continued to Argue with no intention to take what you where told. 

Staff that where on the server (Beasty/Fontaine45) Had dealt with the issue and even asked a higher mod for there opinion at which point they where told to leave the entire thing alone because of the context.

This Report is solely made because you did not get the exact Outcome you wanted and are still angry that staff decided to tell both of us to drop it and that it wouldnt be dealt with anymore.

Cops can base, solo or with others, as long as its not with criminals and theyre not doing anything illegal (cop bases with bitminers are allowed, if mayor legalises drugs/processors then bases with those are allowed etc). The mods have been informed of this and its because its not overly clearly written in the rules (i read it fine but i think some others get confused ig). The base was definitely designed to be a killbase though, literally nothing in it and no purpose of owning the base except for an invis nocollided wall so he can run out and shoot people who break his boombox. He has done this for months and it is definitely just killbaiting.

Hey i was the staff member they talked to, i did not tell them to drop the whole thing,i explained the cop basing rule to them, explained the best way to handle people who kill base and whatnot, i didnt have all the details of this situation, and had even told them that kitty could have been breaking rules during this aswell and its out of our hands if its true. But in the clip it looks exactly like mnlr, so if you have clips to provide that give context to say it isnt massnlr please provide them

1. Cops basing is bullshit and we know it. John Purposefully Minging and kill basing and being able to get away with it is complete and utter Bullshit and we all know this. In my 1k Hours of Dark RP not a single other server allow any cops to base because they have PD to base at. And even if they are allowed to base its always with someone else and are heavily Restricted. John was purposefully and knowingly Killbasing, And hadnt put anything in the area other then the single boombox for well over an hour before for the sole reason of being able to say that he owned the place. 

2. After watching the clips there are several Very Sus as fuck cuts when he died, came back breaking NLR. He purposely doesnt show them because he knows that doing so will show that he never cared about the rules in the first place and only cared about getting me in trouble because of the context. Just because he shows longer form clipped versions of this doesnt mean he Didnt MNLR as well and RDM serveral times for me standing there. as well as party members. (was told several times that coming back and standing across the street is still NLR which he did several times)

3. My clips auto clear day by day unless i purposefully save them, While i did not save these, doesnt mean he didnt on purpose Minge, Break NLR, And overall do the exact thing he reported me for. so while i dont have clips i have several people that can testify against him for breaking NLR and RDM rules.

4. From the 2 Mods that where on, the way they had dealt with the situation came across as them talking to you Silver, and telling both of us to drop the entire situation because of the fact we both broke NLR and RDM rules.

I understand if you decide to side with him in this matter because of the fact i can not provide clips of him NLR and RDM. However From my time as Head Admin on Icefuse (over 5 months in position) as well as my experience on many many many other servers and how they all deal with this exact same issue i can say that the way he is handling this is clear cut FailRPing.  If the Overall decision is to ban me for MNLR that i want to make it clear that i will accept the punishment without any push back. How ever this entire situation was created solely out of spite for the fact that it was dealt with already in the server with 2 mods (does not matter if they are Tmods or not) and he continues to escalate because he simply wants to get his exact outcome he wants.

Pardon my Cussing i did wish to handle this without how ever some times it slips though.

Before reading this, be aware that I am typing this out in the form of care and community outlook as I do find this community a place for me to de-stress. The clip you have provided has shown yes there was some NLR being broken by KittyShUwUz. In which, I believe there was some reasoning of rdm for the very very first interaction with Kitty which is not provided in this clip but takes place before it. Now, I did kill you in instance of me defending my party member in correspondence of being told she got rdm'd. I did advert party assist which you can see in chat. I was able to run through your invisible walls because I c4'd it way prior to this clip due to me raiding your base. Now going back to the breaking NLR.. you did kill my party member, but you also broke NLR on multiple instances of me killing you. I was told by multiple senior mods within my time of playing in this server that regardless if someone breaks the rules, that does not justify you break them as well. Please understand that I am being friendly and just putting my viewpoint here. 

 

What was I doing at the location?: Defending party member when I was informed of there being a case of rdm (Adverted party assist in chat in which then I killed Mr ButtFucker), as for the other times: Mr ButtFucker was breaking nlr after I killed him.

NLR was being broken by the two.
Just a reminder, I was told by senior mods that you can't stand across the road when NLR is active. I could be wrong, I was only given this information by two senior moderators.

Conclusion: Both players broke server rules that could have been handled better.

I and alot of other staff also agree that he is killbaiting and has been doing it for months - if he does this again he will be banned as it's clear the sole purpose of the base is to kill people, and not to actually use it. This guy has been loopholing rules for years (if its corp, if its a diff one then probably only loopholing for a few months) so they will probably see this and put a single printer in the back of their base then keep every door open and continue killbaiting. As for the Cops basing I think its fine and not something that needs to be changed, whenever I'm cop i setup a base to store the entities that i get from cop raids and it is quite fun - also being mayor with a base is nice.

I noticed 0 cuts. Can you timestamp where he cuts the clip.
Spectating a raid is NLR (standing across the street), but if there was no raid then its not NLR because there is no ongoing RP scenario that he is returning to. The scenario as far as I can see (and with emclumsy's response) is that EmClumsy had raided the base before, that raid was then over by the time that John DarkRP's clip starts (no sign of EmClumsy anywhere unless im mistaken). You break the boombox, he kills you, EmClumsy party assists and kills him (not a raid), so he is fine to go back as there is no raid. If he came back to spectate / stand across the street then yeah he'd be NLRing, but from EmClumsy's post she had already raided it beforehand and the party assists were party assists and not a raid.

I've asked the mods that apparently solved this ingame to reply with what they saw, other than that we don't really do the whole ''i saw him rdming'' thing.


As of right now, I am happy to be +1 to warn John DarkRP for NITRP | Killbaiting and +1 to warn KittyShUwUz for MNLR as they don't have any past punishments of NLR (unless you want to count their 3 year old warn) and it doesn't seem to be malicious at all.

To furthermore add on to the context: I had no context to this whole situation other than KittyShUwUz telling me that she got rdm'd, me as a party member watched her get gunned down. I adverted and intervened. (I was not raiding, me raiding was another situation). As for sits or staff communication: I was not dragged into any sits, nor was I returned from any sits. This situation I am merely just a party member proceeding with the actions of any other party member would do in this situation. I honestly thought swat was not allowed to base as I have been a pd role before on the server and was told by many community members that I will be reported. Looking at this situation and what I have been corrected with for with what the 'rules' contain. I will now be basing as a swat whenever the mayor allows and legalizes bitminers, ents, etc.

I dont disagree with you about the base being bullshit and Im all for making it not allowed but going off the rules in place now his base is allowed, but you still did massnlr, im willing to only give you a small warn for mnlr and also a warn on wilhelm for killbaiting and a very firm notice to try and avoid eachother in the future

Yeah, Warns for MNLR and Killbaiting seem appropriate.

Also might be wise to put a note on record for both parties to just avoid each other in the future if possible.
