First appeal was denied for the following reason: "You admitted to being afk, and using ANY sort of scripts is against TOS."

This admission was from my reply to Rubik's question "Were you interacting with the machine while afk?", to which I answered with a simple "Yes". I suppose this got misconstrued as me admitting to using scripts; yes, I was afk, as in away from my keyboard (literally) and my computer, but no, I was not using scripts to play the double or nothing machine.

To further emphasize my second and third points in that post, the 4:14 one shows a change in behavior from a supposed macro, firstly in that I continued to play the game without winning, and then another change after I stopped playing completely. Macros cannot think and change behavior on the fly. My point in the 9:53 one is that that is the actual configuration of my screen before I left, and that is not too low to touch the machine. This is to refute the statement that I (in this case, a macro) stopped playing because I was no longer lined up with the machine; it' IS lined up, and the reason I stopped playing was because I had consecutive failures from earlier in the video.

As a bonus statement, I (understandably) have been accused of lying in the original thread. While this may not matter for some, and it's certainly not going to serve as a guarantee for you, I'd still like to say this: I've never lied in any of my appeals. Actually, saying the truth was the reason all of my previous appeals were denied (including the original appeal this is based on).

I found the exact moment in the video where I last interacted with the double or nothing machine, at 5:37. My character was not moved by anyone since 4:14 and until 5:48. Again, a macro cannot change behavior on the fly. Nothing changed within that timeframe and yet my character stopped playing the machine (because I was playing, not a macro).

I ask y'all to consider the points I've made from a logical, unbiased point of view, because these all point against the usage of a macro.

From a pure logical standpoint, all we can potentially conclude are Maybes and Definitely No. I've put in the effort to make this table:
 

I've also put in the effort of providing a counterpoint to #4 or 3:47 in the video, which changes them from Definitely No to Maybe.

However, I feel like #5 is proof enough that I wasn't macroing. I was moved once at 4:14, and I kept playing... until I didn't at 5:37. Nothing changed in the past 10 seconds and the next 10 seconds of that point; I wasn't moved, no one threw stuff at me, no meth under my face. No external input that could have changed how a supposed macro would behave.

 

At 4:14, I was moved and I kept playing. That's an external input that a macro can take and change behavior with. I didn't change behavior, I kept playing.

- counterpoint against me: it could be a simple macro that doesn't take in external input and just repeats itself

-- counterpoint to that: then there's no explanation for changes in behavior which occurred, therefore it's NOT a macro.

At 5:37, nothing happened to me and I stopped playing. There's no external input there, and yet I did change behavior, I stopped playing.

I’m not going to be voting on this, but this is false. While I can’t remember the exact name of the software, there is ones that let you put a key on a random interval within a specific timeframe.

 

Ex

Press E every 100-9000ms

M1 every 9000-100000ms.

and those keys will activate at seemingly random intervals.

 

im pretty sure razors software can do this iirc

Perhaps, yeah, but in my case this change in behavior was from a repeated routine (e.g. playing the machine for a long ass time) and a sudden stop, it wasn't a series of random stops and go's. Besides, again, a random mouse click has no business being in a supposed macro for playing double or nothing, that's all +use and looking up and down, although that's probably just there for your example.

Because I didn't admit to using scripts, I admitted to being afk (as in literally away from keyboard) and playing using sound and my mouse, which isn't against the rules.
