If you are banned on one account and then get on an alt the original account with the ban gets the ban doubled and your alt matches that. Joey Skylynx Posted October 1, 2024 Share Posted October 1, 2024 (edited) So, when I came onto the server earlier, I had gotten a hit saying someone who was currently banned had been detected for Alting. Standard procedure for this is to check it and see if this is true. This turned out to be correct, and at first I was just going to x2 the IRDM ban, but decided to investigate a bit further. What I had discovered was that you had connected to the server under four different accounts, one of which was the primary, Robert2010. Roberto2010 had been banned on the 28th for MRDM. That is a standard 1w Ban. Roberto2010 was the means of which I had started to "go down the rabbithole" as it were. While I was investigating, you kept joining the server on different alt accounts, and they kept getting banned. Each alting increases the ban by x2. Roberto2010 = 1 week for MRDM Treybert = x2 for Alting [2 weeks] Robcar = x2 for Alting [4 weeks] Robcarpvers = x2 for Alting [8 weeks] After even further investigation to make my post for this unban appeal, it has also come up that you were previously banned for this very same behavior back in August. This would normally result in another x2 for repeat offenses, but I shall leave that to the discretion of the other members of the staff team for their input.
