I provided genuine evidence on Kawaii and Valmira's reports and ban appeals with real screenshots. F___ who I have previously criticised for being corrupt, and who has deleted my evidence before, has now deleted every single comment on all posts, including screenshots and clear proof and given me five warning points for posting unrelated comments even though what I said is obviously related. How, am I UNRELATED if I was there for the ban, if I was the one who reported the alting in the FIRST PLACE. This makes NO SENSE. Any comments without screenshots were defending the evidence I have provided. Valmira, despite arguing with me, lying and making unrelated points has NOT received a warning. Clear bias, in a long history of bias from a corrupt administrator who puts on a professional face to hide their favouritism and bias. 

Remember, I was THERE when the events that took place that led to the bans happened, I was in the game playing when this happened. I have a right to provide what I experienced at that time. Now, only one side of the evidence, the side of the guy who is banned, is there. Clearly, this is being manipulated to sway the judgement in their favour.

I deserve these points removed as I have only provided valid evidence and responded to false accusations. All of this to mask original fake pedo evidence and fake accusations. We know YOU F____ took Valmira to admin land and wrote the original forum response to the original report WITH HIM and then deliberately doled out a lighter ban than was required to sweep the whole thing under the rug. Let's be clear, this is not why I made those responses to recent posts, the reason why is because I experienced the alting in person and have proof to show alting occured. You are corrupt and thus I want these points removed. Unlike any other case basically ever, F and Valmira have PRIVATELY discussed a solution to this situation. Seems a bit odd doesn't it? If moderators can just discuss the verdict with the person involved wtf is the point in a forum in the first place....

UPDATE - The topic got unlocked, so I made a comment with all of the evidence I provided (ONLY THE EVIDENCE) which got deleted by the way, so it was needed and NO SURPRISE my response got deleted, and again NO SURPRISE, my response here hasn't been approved because this is a STITCH UP

(this was the text of the response) - I will not leave anymore responses on this post, I promise. Here is all the evidence I have to support the mods judgement and to assist the report. - This was after F had commented on the post saying that comments would be allowed that weren't drama stirring and arguments, what he actually meant is, he would allow comments that supported Valmira's side of the story lol, the whole thing is fixed. 

Is this really the kind of guy we want on the mod team? One who hides genuine responses and evidence and twists narratives, meets with players as they make the final judgement, etc. This guy is totally ROTTEN.
 

I love it when mods dunk all over me and don't approve my response so I can't even defend myself, very very objective and unbiased, good job guys. Both of these guys have a history of hating on my posts lmao.

I had removed everyone’s posts on those appeals that weren’t directly related to the appeal or staff commenting on it. 
 

You have ever since that original report against valmeria was closed out made multiple comments on the forums and in game about how the outcome of that should’ve been different and how a week wasn’t long enough. I’m not entirely sure where this look of being bias had come from, I haven’t done anything differently to anyone to see where you’ve gotten this idea from. The reported was closed out with only a week ban because there wasn’t any substantial evidence that wasn’t half deleted or missing its context from both parties to prove anything further than just the accusation from in game. 
 

as for my bringing valmeria to sit land, I did this to inform them I was going to close out the sit and ban them for the accusation, in the end I didn’t do it just then because they had sent me a screenshot that had been removed from the original post so I waited until other admins were online to get their opinions on it all then I closed it out. I did not write anything with valmeria or have them sway my opinion in any way and banned them for the maximum that our guidelines allow. 
 

So if you’re going accuse me being bias in some way atleast get the fact right first. 
 

The points I’ve issued is because you have been on a witch hunt against valmeria since that report was first accepted and commenting on anything related to them and causing drama and filling up appeals with constant back and forth arguments. I had also set your content to be moderated to stop you from starting arguments in these appeals and filling them with useless accusations. These appeals are supposed to be staff to ask and the person to answer, not other users who had a grudge against them to post anything they have against them.

Firstly - You only removed the responses of me and Creme which are the only ones that provided any evidence against Valerie

Second - I have mentioned in other posts that the outcome should be different as it was related to the broader points I was making in those posts - such as, extending the chat lock time to 24 hours after a judgement has been made. A fair point that was twisted against me and focused on only one thing I said in that post. It was a good suggestion. 

Third - there was substantial evidence, part of which you deleted, there was clear screenshots and video of evidence of false accusations, false, faked evidence and doxxing - a kind of doxxing that Valmira's friend was banned for for two weeks, and despite clear proof, Valmira only received an unrelated ban of one week. Again, why am I passionate about this? Because my friend who I have known for years has had his reputation tarnished by VERY SERIOUS accusations that F attempts to bolster by ignoring evidence such as this

I don't how I was supposed to get the facts right about adminland if I only had the evidence of you typing with him in your sit, that's all I had. 

I'm not on a witch hunt, I want justice on every post I have evidence to prove/disprove. I care about the right judgement being served. It's convenient that you describe this as a Witch hunt, like Valmira did lol. It's almost as if you're on the same side... This "Witch Hunt" involves image evidence that I have provided, which I will also provide in this post to prove that it was REAL evidence. As I said in the original post, I WAS THERE when these events happened and I HAD EVIDENCE to prove my side of the story. Valerie harassed Creme and I in chat right before being banned, and I had proof, so I said something. If preventing me from defending against  false statements is fair, then everything valmira said on that recent post, apart from the original post itself, should be deleted.

I am not witchhunting, and I am NOT stirring up drama. I am using these forums for what they were made for - to provide evidence and bring about fair judgement. if doing that, and if defending myself against Valmira's claims, is stirring up drama, then DELETE what Valmira said. That is fair.

Mods who see this, please consider what deleting one side of the debate does to these appeals. How does it sway judgement to one side? I think it's pretty clear.

The appeal wasnt appealing the original ban from the report you made, it was appealing something only partially related to your situation due to how alts work. you had no place to type there let alone stretch it to 3 pages.

Total bull, it's all evidence. I AM involved in the situation. I WAS THERE FOR FUCK'S SAKE. I WAS THE ONE WHO GOT HIM BANNED IN THE FIRST PLACE.  I have a history of commenting on appeals that are relevant to me and that I am directly involved in because since the beginning, I was a witness to this situation and had a friend who needed help with it. This person has witchhunted us in the server, had his gang harass us, etc. On the recent appeal, HE is the one who contacted US about buying his username. I'm sorry but we're just responding to this guy (valmira) constantly inserting himself into our affairs. So, to summarise, I am involved. When it comes to staff bias, I don't mean the whole staff team, I mean you guys, Yung, Stoner, F___ who always seem to enter the conversation at a convenient time and provide repeated criticism in a very similar manner, almost as if you all know each other and have formed a little sycophantic cabal. Hmm....

It was appealing a ban that came because Valerie was alting, so totally related, and again, totally bullshit lol. The appeal was about a ban that came as a result of Valerie also being banned as part of the same ban lol. I was the one who reported valerie in the first place after she/he contacted us in game and then harassed us in the ooc chat, for which she was eventually votebanned. I was a witness to all of this and was directly involved, you just want to suppress my point of view because you don't like me. You don't like intelligent people, who use logic and proper debate. You call real debate argument, because it's too complex for you and too much to get your little head around.

You need to learn to read and not just follow the flock. Actually use your brain. As an administrator you have a responsibility, and you're somebody who is supposed to be looked up to and make independent judgement. Instead, despite the whole post about this, you make a comment that ADDS nothing. Literally doing what I was warned for. Can anybody who doesn't have a past history of blindly hating on me on these forums PLEASE provide their opinion on all of this. Just an objective look - I don't care if you end up making a negative conclusion about me, I understand that, just as long as it's not this same subset of guys who just reply to EVERYTHING. It's mind numbing.
