Why were you banned or warned?

I called Hex “smartschoolhex9” because I find Hex as weird as smartschoolboy9, and I get banned for a month over it? I think this is a little overkill. Cuz I could definitely take a one week ban but a whole month is overkill as fuck.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I basically just called Hex weird, I don’t know why I get banned for a whole month for calling Hex weird??

hi u have multiple past player toxicity bans, u have a verbal in the past for pedo accusations and were being toxic in chat towards hex anyways. i thought 1 month was quite fair. technically i gave you the wrong punishment, as you also are banned from the discord for pedo accusations (so ive been told). so judging off of guidelines it should be a permanent ban.

i thought it was quite fair, smartschoolboy09 is a tiktok pedophile who makes ai cp. i think calling hex the same name as that person was not the smart move.

smartschoolboy9 isnt a pedophile as much as i know. so this makes no sense? somebody started calling hex smartschoolboy9 in chat a while ago and i found it funny and hex got offended and got me and other people in a sit so i said that just to infuriate him. ive never wanted to call him a pedophile or anything and i said that only for the objective to infuriate him.

It is very clear what you are trying to paint hex as since you clearly know who smartschoolboy9 is. You trying to say anything else is just a lie imo.

 

At this point you are past 3 warnings for pedo accusations so I will be +1 to extend this ban to a comm removal per our guidelines.

I swear I didn’t mean in that way and I only meant it to infuriate Hex. I have gotten many warnings about pedophilia and never wanted to mean it that way. I saw someone type it in anon and Hex got mad and reported it. I only wanted to infuriate Hex, not to paint him as a pedophile.

I am currently on an LOA but I'm popping in to say this is absolutely against our rules and disgusting. As Terry said, you know what you're doing. You are banned from the discord for similar things, and if I of all people know who smartschoolboy9 is, then I do not think you have plausible deniability here. You have several warnings / bans for pedo accusations and I think it's time we close this book.

You've had too many chances and nothing changes.

(i personally dont think it should be a comm removal and at most a 6 month - i dont think punishment guideline for that was updated when permas were changed to 6 months. i think 3 months is fair)
