Agro 2 week exploit ban appeal

To everyone saying this the boxes are easily accessible, Troy and I tried to grab them for a solid 10 minutes before deciding it was possible, nothing I tired allowed my to get los to get any of them. 
 

Also when I did eventually no clipped in to removed them all of the ents inside the boxes had Troy’s and sirratbags name all over them, unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a clip of this and didn’t ss it so it’s just my word in that one which I understand isn’t a whole lot.

So for some reason i think the Halloween map has a extra invis wall there and it makes it kinda hard to get out.

Basically in the same boat with Sherrif and F here. If the only way to get them back is to literally call an admin to get them out it's exploiting. -1 The evidence as told by F and provided is enough for me.

Without any type of evidence to support this ban I gotta be a +1 for unban.

I don't see any names on the boxes and the only evidence seems to be the logs which don't prove beyond a reasonable doubt those are agro's boxes. I believe on the normal map you can retrieve those boxes with a grav gun and a spiderman swep but the Halloween map has a bunch of weird changes with invisible walls in some places. I don't really know how Troy even knows it was your boxes unless after being raided instantly started spectating you. Do we have some sort of time frame for when the boxes were discovered after that raid occurred?

If you seen Jmichael do this why has nothing been done regarding him, he currently has no notes/warns/bans on his account for this? This is the type of bias that has been making people mad at the staff team recently.

I've spoken to other staff and Agro and will go ahead and accept this appeal. I did not gather enough proof of the incident and shouldn't have banned Agro in the first place.

That's aside from the fact that this shit is hardly even an exploit and a fault with the map. It's mingy sure but like, TWO WEEKS? No. Also, the 'you've based with tsul' excuse. Tsul has based with everyone, including people who hate his guts, as well as hackers. Just because Tsul bases with hackers doesn't make tsul a hacker, well, maybe not anyways... Same goes for exploits.

If this is TECHNICALLY, considered exploiting I would say at least half the ban time, so there's some kind of justice on this server lol.

I also wanted to reply to this even though its not directly involved with this appeal. 

I don't understand why you are posting here and refering to a ban to a report that got accepted. This is lowkey drama mongering bringing it a completely unrelated appeal.

 

There exists a guideline that majority of bans are based on, its existed for quite some time now and regularly updated. 

 It is in a topic at the top of the forums home page under documents, all staffing documents are readable by the public.

 

As for the 2 weeks ban for this, that's totally my fault for not fully looking into Tsul's original ban length. I remembered the original ban being a month long, then about a week later was reduced down to a week so 2 weeks total ban time. I was wrong on this and just all mixed up on it all so that's completely on me.
