The only reason why I even realized he was stabbing someone in the first place was because I could literally HEAR it. Best behavior as in what? I killed people who any other cop would've killed. I would have to be S1mple himself to kill two people in 3 seconds with the Dragunov. I am genuinely confused where you are getting this from. Is what you're trying to say that everything related to the InsaneMan stabbing/Bystander story is completely false and that I was infact indiscriminately shooting people across the map for no reason? I have no clue where you're getting this version of events, you still haven't addressed why you gave me less than 30 seconds to defend myself during the admin sit, you didn't due the BARE level of due diligence to check if InsaneMan was actually stabbing people (he was, which was probably RDM, but for some reason you're chasing after me), and instead decided to come at me for RDM for a series of completely fabricated charges. I don't know what your issue with me, I've never met you before, either you are severely misremembering the situation or you're pursuing me with malice. In a ban appeal you accepted on Saturday, you said that because there was no video evidence of NLR, then you would assume the player hadn't committed NLR. You have NO evidence other than a story that is unmistakably and immutably false. There is nothing else I can do other than point out the lack of credibility of your claims and await the judgment. Presumably the person "following me around for a long time " would have done that. The fact that you failed to even check if the person I killed had stabbed someone and admitted you didn't know if he did or not alone means that you can't even fully verify that it was RDM. How can you even say it was RDM if you didn't check his logs? Still haven't addressed the sub 30 second sit btw. I've dealt with other mods such as a mod with the word Zucc in his name that gave me like 10 minutes of his time and listened to every minute of my story and followed through and he banned the person I complained about after thorough care was taken. You didn't even let me get 3 words out. Do I know you or something? There is no way an average person could consider your story plausible beyond a reasonable doubt when you've failed to take even the slightest diligence and care in your work. I understand you deal with a lot of people every day and as a senior mod maybe you've become jaded to this sort of thing. It just seems like you knee jerk banned me. You saw 3 kills in 3 minutes and dropped the hammer without a second thought. Now, under examination, it's evident that you really put no effort into understanding what happened at all. I also know for a fact you didn't even follow me around because I never killed someone in the fountain. Your story is just blatantly false and you have nothing to back it up other than your word. Do you know what happens in the real world to 'He said vs He said' arguments in court? They're dismissed for lack of standing. When accusing someone of something, there has to be at least a shred of evidence and you don't even have an iota of evidence. However if I was in your position, and had a similar history of MRDM with numerous warns for RDM. I would make sure that I could provide evidence if I was wrongly banned. As I would be expecting to be scrutinised at a different standard than people who do not break the server rules. I think this appeal would probably be accepted if it weren’t for your History. I accepted those, I don't accept this one because it's also patently false. I wasn't even given a chance to defend myself. Ask Sky what I said once he jailed me. He can't tell you because I didn't say anything because I had no time to. Yet less than 3 mintues later I'm on the forums making an appeal? Why would I be silent during my sit yet immediately appeal my ban? Here's what happened. He saw me kill 3 people in 3 minutes. He saw my history. He banned me without a second thought. Trust me I'm not expecting to get a fair shake in GMOD server. I know the type of person your average GMOD admin is. They're not the cream of the crop. Just give me my judgment on this shit so I can stop getting notifications. Absolute fucking joke of an adjudication process. I can only imagine what other shit this guy Sky has quite literally pulled out of his ass and tried to pass along as credible or as valid recollections of things that he's "seen". Dude didn't even check to see if I was RDMing, just saw that I killed people and assumed that I was. How can he even say it was RDM then? How is anyone as Moderator going to accept such a low standard for checking their own work? It's honestly just sad, and even sadder to know that one of your own admins is lying in full view because he knows he can get away with it. Anyway, this'll be my last reply. Have a good one. Seems like you knew what you were doing and now trying to defend yourself by speaking in circles.
