The player that reported me kept stun sticking me, blinding me. The admin did nothing about it so i shot and killed him, I was then warned for RDM.

You killed someone in a sit? Don't  take rule breaks into your own hands, if he's stun sticking you and the mod is doing nothing tell a higher up or report the mod/person stun sticking you. Don't kill someone in a sit lol

I also just hate it when I get warned for RDMing in a sit when I RDM in a sit. 

 

If the staff aren't doing anything about someone abusing tools in a sit then report them to a higher up don't take matters into your own hands

In regards to this, both players were punished for the situation. The stun sticking happened at first, and I physgunned the player to make him stop. The second time happened while I was in logs and did not have enough time to grab and stop the player before their death.
 

At no point during either situation should the player pull out a gun and open fire on another player during the sit as the situation was about to be dealt with.

Give the overworked staff member time to justify his punishments and not give overly high or low punishments. Proof is very important to justify a warning or etc.; thus, checking logs to verify is very important. Im not going to freeze people in my sits just for me to check logs; that's absurd; thus, while in my sits, I expect both players to behave rationally and not attempt to kill each other or go overboard on their reactions.

Wilhelm you’ve played for just as long as I have if not longer. You absolutely know you shouldn’t have done that lol. Leave it to the staff member handling the sit and like others said, say something to higher-ups if you feel a sit is being handled improperly. You may always ask for another staff member as you know.
