I would like to make aware of a user making false, and wild accusations via PM in the server. 

For context me and valmira (formerly tsul) have been going at it for the past day, and I stole his rp name while he had it changed.

 

This player has non stop been harassing me and my teammates, and we would like a community removal of this user.

He has been previously banned for player toxicity, exploiting (for only 1 week btw??), and lying in sits. This is clearly a mass minge who does not provide anything positive to the community. 

It's worth mentioning that he has MULTIPLE discord alt accounts, with random characters that he contacts people in game with. That he switches out every set period.

 

It's clear in the screenshot provided that in PMs, I told him to go buy another fake watch (that's crazy btw I can drop the fake watch link) 
and he got so triggered, all he does is call people autistic and pedophiles. This man is stuck on the same 2 insults

While this is a pretty clear that he accusing you of being a pedo in this post, a community removal is too harsh of a punishment. We reserve community removal for people break the law and do illegal actions within the server and not for player toxicity such as this. 
 

as for the previous warning I can’t see what exactly it was for but @bugmanwas the one who issues the warning and may remember what it exactly it was for. 
 

but for punishment for this one I’m in favour of punishing according to the punishment guidelines.

Our DM conversation is actually just me messaging myself now, valmira was running a automatic bulk message deleter. Pretty sus you even have that in the first place pal..

 

Anyways, I only "accused" him via PRIVATE MESSAGE on discord of sketchy content, as he is an administrator to a very sketchy website, with 9.3TB of storage (Please see screenshot below)
this is about all that I have accused him of in discord private message (which cant even be enforced by the community staff anyway lol)

He’s literally trying to shit-talk IN HIS APPEAL now. As for the Discord alt account situation, I do have a few accounts, but he only knows this from hearsay. I’ve never messaged him from any other accounts. Some of my friends also have similar usernames on Discord, so if he’s referring to accounts in my server, those aren’t mine.
 

Regarding the watch comment, yes, it was uncalled for, but since he brought it up: I sent him a picture of me wearing my Skeleton AP and told him I’d show him the invoice if he could send me a picture of himself holding $10,000 in cash or crypto what ever, which he couldn’t. Instead, he did the most predictable thing—called it fake and tried to find a replica online to one-up me. I even briefly posted a picture of my Trezor wallet, and he claimed it was 'inspect element,' which made no sense since you can’t inspect element a hardware wallet’s balance.
 

Also, I’ve never called anyone on the server autistic, and the pedo comment was solely based on his disturbing Discord messages about children.

I believe you should show exactly what discord messages you are referring to.. From what I see/recall you used a bulk delete tool to delete all of your messages.

I really don't care about his watch, but that was my opinion. This is not what this report is about. I am very curious why/where valmira and his crew got this idea from. 

Everything we discussed was on discord, in private message. But he decided to bring it to the game 

I was spamming his door alarms earlier in an attempt to get his attention. I wanted to speak with him over mic in game; and the boombox was maybe a little trolling.

 

But I am tired of this user and his friend group harassing me in DMs, commenting on my finance and making crazy accusations without a shred of evidence? Wild.

I'm not aware of breaking any rules in those private messages. Not even sure why he uploaded the last one lol that's all he's been saying..

irrelevant to the appeal from both ur comment and my one thats about to come, i do not doubt that u use ur alts to shittalk people including him, or u ask ur friends to do so. 

shortly after i raided you (and won) and then logged offline. $infoing this user links it to no accounts (because it joined the discord solely to message users in it and not to be a part of it/view any channels). its ok we will call it coincidence but i dont doubt what this user is saying to be true as you have used alts or had ur friend use alts to shittalk me too wowow

if im not mistaken we banned dev1 or hyder (i forget which one) permanently for doxxing for making gifs and profile pictures from a certain user's public TikTok that was literally the same username as his ingame name. i may be wrong about that situation but it seems like this would fall into the same category no?


Anyways, tsul you keep backing up your point of him being a pedophile because he said stuff in discord about children. can you please provide these screenshots in the report. if this guy is genuinely saying pedo stuff and u called him a pedo, while yes its a pedo accusation and u shouldve gone to staff first blablabla, i would be more than happy personally to ban this guy and deny this report entirely as u had valid grounds to call him a pedophile.

Until I see that though, no matter how many times he knocked on ur base doors or called u poor or took ur name this is a pedo accusation and this can default to a 1 week ban.

First of all, I'm not lying about a thing. There is ZERO proof of any of the minging apart from the fact that he admitted it, which I obviously didn't know about since the posts just got approved. Tsul, MaBalls claimed you were obsessed with him because you stalked his social media, sent a million messages and worst of all, made his child face your actual profile picture, which is just fucking creepy. You are certainly not one to talk in this situation about deleting messages. You used a bot to delete every single message you sent, including threats of pulling up and shooting us lol. Anyway, no proof of that either but the fact that you actually deleted those messages is dubious enough. All of these pedophilic messages simply do not exist. He never once said anything vaguely pedophilic to you. You are just trying to frame him because you know it is easy to do that. The only kid related messages he sent you were about you being a creep for using pictures of him as a kid in which he asked "are you a pedo or something?" I'm sorry, but I just can't understand how you are in the position at all to continue to push this pedo narrative with no evidence. This is totally false, and I think going further with this is pulling you even deeper. 

Also - Thank you Tene for the excellent impartial response and your mention of the unfair approval of comments. It is appreciated as I thought this would just be a flame war. To be honest, Tsul here has a lot more friends in decently high places so I was worried this would just be a total crusade against my friend here. I also wanna add that this right here is pointless aswell... Someone harassed you in a game so you straight up call him a pedophile? Those bans / warns does nothing when HE has evidence of you calling him a pedophile. In the future if someone is harassing you gather as much evidence as you can and bring it to the forums. I can go on and on about how much @F___harassed me today but it means nothing if I have zero evidence!!! There's also multiple ways you can prevent someone from harassing you, here are some... 

 

Knocking on doors: Put up a loitering sign and kill him... 

 

Shit talking in OOC: Mute him... 

 

Shit talking on discord: Block him... 

 

Players should always be taking the first step in harassment cases before heading to staff for help, we're here to determine ones punishment if it has gone to far and everything else has failed to prevent it.
