I got gigamuted originally for saying the n word, however, it was legitimately a mistake there was some guy named "Niggito" or something like that kept running around my base and I thought that's what his name was since I saw it just briefly, it wasn't even in OOC/Anon/Advert chat, so nobody saw it besides them and then a staff giga muted me for 30 minutes. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Like I said, it was a legitimate mistake, and it doesn't make sense to me why people are allowed to named themselves "nigga" in the first place, I guess it's "not as offensive" as saying the other form but it's still weird and I would advise that you should ban both of them, not just one. Since you could still call somebody a nigga, and they would get offended. Also I read over the proper punishment times and reasons post, and it literally says "Vulgar language, Racism, or inappropriate / sexual comments in OOC or used constantly around other players should result in a warn first, if it continues then a 1hour - 3 day ban depending on continued offenses" and I got gigamuted for saying it one time, in non ooc where only 1 player was around to see it, and I'm sure they don't even care, and they probably didn't even make a report I assume it just filters since the staff that tped me said that I *tried* to say it implying it was filtered anyways. Also my actual ban reason is "Player Toxicity, Gigamuted for it today (previous warns for similar offences)" but I only have 1 warn, and it's for RDM. The last straw so to speak was when I said "I hate trans" in anon chat, but there was also someone else saying this, which a staff later told me they where also warned. But before that there was someone spamming a message in anon chat saying that trans people are similar to poop or something, I don't really remember the exact wording because it was last night and I didn't screenshot it or anything, but that's also kind of offensive, but I don't think they where ever punished because it went on for 10 minutes probably. I have been making a very public effort to stop people from saying crazy shit in all comms on the server, you should know better The player who was saying trans people = poop was warned for toxicity after it was brought to our attention of the things they were saying and from my knowledge they stopped after receiving the warn. I think you should ride out this ban and come back better. You know for a fact that you were not supposed to say the n-word regardless of it being an “accident” or not and I have no tolerance for that. That is why I had also put a note that I gigamuted you and then you say what you said about trans people in OOC later.
