I have been playing this server for a fat minute now. I've seen admins and players come and go. It is rare that a normal functional person in society wants to be a mod on gmod because normal people don't sit on gmod all day. That being said, due to a lack of cool people the server has resorted to hiring the most cringe humans of society who are wlling to slave hours of their real life away dealing with gmod problems. Today i was banned by one of these imbiciles. It was originally violent theft that wanted me banned but Decent Human Being banned me so it didn't look like a new admin was throwing out pointless bans. Minutes after I C4 Decent Human's base this happens. I was banned for countering raid on the bank. I never countered raid, in fact I adverted raid bank. If you aren't special this means I was about to raid bank. I began to infiltrate bank, killing those inside. I killed the admin and his two friends inside and they were livid. They claimed I was countering the bank raid when in reality I was just raiding it. The counter bank raid thing has absolutely value and is a complete attempt to just get me banned. Violent Theft, Agro, Jmichael, Decent Human being, and sometimes nigga ALL have a problem with me. They raid me every given opportunity and spam sits to get me warned. Complete waste of human life mind you. Then toxicity in a sit is the second thing he banned me for. During the sit i adverted that violent theft was trying to ban me for no reason to let the server know (there are over 50 people who know theft and jmichael and know they just try to get people banned that are a threat or that they just decide they don't like). I advert to let people know that theft is banning me for no reason so that when it happens they can truly see how cringe and broken this server is. Theft bans me for one day, and then Decent Human being overlays that with a 3 day ban. Theft initiated everything and has had problems with me for months just for being a good raider and baser. Its an actual bummer what this server has come to. 5 warns from jmichael and all are from him finding loopholes in the !motd. The most annoying thing is that the admins go along with it cuz I raid everyone not just noobs. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Countering bank raid- I never countered the bank raid. I adverted /advert bank raid. This means I am raiding the bank. In this bank raid, 3 other raiders on the inside died because I was raiding as well and everyone was shooting. These 3 raiders were themselves or in a group with jmichael, agro, and theft. I killed them in my raid. Because they died in their own raid due to my raid they begin th harass me saying I didnt counter and I am not allowed to counter. So cringe, just upset because I took on a 3v1 and since theft is an admin he can just claim its true. Theft is bias and only sides with his base mates. Horrible decision to make him staff. Player toxicity in sit- This toxicity he is talking about is just me telling the server im about to be banned for no reason. I had to advert so that my friends on the server can stand up to the admins and let the server know I got banned for no reason. Most of the server knows certain admins and players can practically warn you or ban you for anything... This isn't toxicity and is a valid use of the /ooc. I should be able to let people know Im about to be banned from two players who constantly harrass me when I'm online. Another reason why theft is a horrible admin. I believe 3 day ban is fair and that is what i requested extension, i am -1 i advise you to read MOTD to avoid such problems in the future! This along with other things you typed seem like you have learned little from this punishment. I took a sit with you shortly before this where I told you to fix your failbase and told the potential raiders to wait for you to fix your dupe, which I did not have to do, where you proceeded to call me a cornball the entire sit. I also have some logs on the other stuff you were saying before the ban that I will attach below. This ban wasn't made up in a vacuum because we harbor any ill will toward you. You called a staff member a homophobic slur because a sit didn't go your way. This is a low that I hope you can learn from. I believe some time away from the server will be good for you. -1 to unban or reduce your sentence. +1 to extend ban to 7 days. This is in reference and directed to the player Jmichael v football. I'm not surprised that you got banned for player toxicity, since you cant seem to keep the insults at a minimum on here. Just because you were active ONCE in 2019 doesnt make you any special. Its almost like you should step away from the game, again. -1 along with the valid reasons previous staff have made above.
