I understand. I should've just contacted staff. I tried my best to avoid them but I was drinking and I'm only human. Anyone online yesterday knows I wasn't the instigator or harassing party in the slightest bit. Was genuinely harassed by most of the server for most of the day. Whether it was freestyling piklas or gay guys trying to bait me, it went on for most of the day.

So again, I understand I shouldn't have said it back, but I was 100% being targeted into something like this, and it's pretty clear to see. I have a 2 hour video of me trying to avoid them all while they RDM me, harass me, advert my location, etc.

No, I would not stoop to your level of harassment and bigotry and tell another human being the stuff that you've said to me. If someone called my friend stupid, I'd probably tell them to shut up and they're wrong, not belittle them, dehumanize them, talk about their fucking genitals and do anything in my power to make them feel like shit. I hadn't made a post yet because quite frankly, I'm trying to avoid you as much as fucking possible, but seeing you had a report made on you for the same goddamn behavior you've been giving to me, it makes 0 sense for me to keep my mouth shut and let you get away with a lesser punishment, because you just don't fucking deserve it. You are thirty fucking years old but you act like a grade schooler who just learned buzzwords and is trying to make everyone around them as miserable as possible. 

 

Saying some mildly rude things (calling someone some basic ass names, saying "fuck you", etc etc) is NOT the same as belittling them for their identity. And like I said, people who've said some less than pleasent things to or about me were even wondering wtf you were doing in chat. If THAT doesn't speak volumes, I genuinely don't know what does, dude. Defend your friend, but do it in a fucking way that doesn't include fucking hate speech. You could've returned the moron and braindead comments back at me, but you didn't. You used transphobia, after already apologizing to me the previous week for saying some disgusting, heinous shit revolving around my identity, and then you pull this.

As for the scamming accussations, 

 

we never "scammed you" this is a last resort attempt at defamation atp.  i would advise you taking this back to dm's or making another report and yes we have had multiple conversations telling you to stop this extreme behavior. although i dont have a clip as i have enough self respect to assume when someone much older than me and presumably more mature says their going to do something they will do it and not get into many more arguments after we log off.  As for this report specifically, I can only speak to the many instances where either u instigate or they instigate with a much more tame insult and u escalate to borderline harassment and toxic behavior/threats.

You guys happily took my donations to the gang anytime I offered, and then kicked me without talking to me about it or even being online to witness it all. I find the entire thing lame of you guys, and why would I go to DM's when you guys want to chime in on something you weren't even around for? Weird how all the evidence coming up shows I was being attacked. I don't have a victim mentality that's why I didn't go to forums in the first place. It's a video game and at the end of the day I chose to trust you guys, and that's my fault. But you guys scammed me, least you could do is give the $3mil I just gave last night, and ya'll didn't even have the decency to make a discord call to me or anything, you just heard it through the grapevines and kicked me. I'm not saying I'm innocent in talking shit, but I was the one trying to make it quit and I was the one people were adverting my location, and tracking me down to harass me in VC since I disabled OOC. If anything I'm just grateful I learned how flakey and untrustworthy you guys really are this early on. Thanks for nothing chumps

liquid's just mad I called him out for being a freeloader to his girlfriend if we're being honest, and ZeEagle is his bestfriend trying to help. It's funny how half the people in the gang were people I invited but only the leader and his BFF chimed in.

I want to make myself very clear here. I don't support anything this person has said in these statements. They're vile and have a severe lack of empathy towards the targeted players.

 

However community removals need to be given to people for extreme amount of toxicity to the point where they continue to say these foul things to people even after a long ban. I also believe 6 months is incredibly harsh for these statements alone. We ban players for literal ddos threats, cheating, and doxxing for 6 months typically. I don't see this as a worse offense than those. 

 

I believe a one month ban is an appropriate statement being made that we won't tolerate this on the server. If this player decides to come back after the month and continue being toxic we can increase to a 6 month ban and consider a community removal if things still haven't changed. 

 

Also Rap I don't care what they said to instigate this type of response. What you said was foul and not something we want our community to be known for. If you have the evidence of these players saying the same vulgar things to you, make a report. Otherwise two wrongs don't make a right.
