Yes when will RARE members and friends stop jerking eachother as well. I admitted to my NLR in my report on smer so I can take whatever punishment is deemed necessary by staff, but I think the current situation outweighs my NLR.

Staff he admits himself he broke nlr. Breaking the rules to deal with someone else you think is breaking the rules is and has never been allowed. Usually breaking the rules intentionally adds a degree of severity to the ban. I suggest a 3 day ban for intentional nlr

No bans, two unrelated warns from a couple weeks ago. Obvious NLR but bans are a no. 

If he just came back to watch I don’t see any major issue or hinderance that would make this into anything bigger than it already is.

its raid spectating so NLR warn i feel is deserved at most considering the circumstances and him reporting himself to stop someones exploiting antics.
