JaQuavis The 2nd
3 hours ago, Insurance Agent said: Javel caught lacking definitely knew better +1 for strike -1 Demotion He fucked around this isnt anything major tbh give him his warn/strike or both and the opportunity to learn from his mistake here. Dude has been doing an excellent job handling sits and to demote over this seems excessive to me and a waste of a trial mod attempt. I agree with Insurance here, when I was t-mod, they said If I made a mistake of this severity, I wouldn't get demoted because I was still learning so I don't think this situation should be any different. +1 for strike-1 Demotion
JeromeASF
Hi guys i was also in this clip when this happened, I was just assuming he was arresting yolky for a valid reason surprisingly he wasn't. I'm +1 for a strike WITH a extra 2 weeks as tmod.

AflictoGaming
The clip is very clear so i am +1 for a talking to about not doing this again and possibly a warn/add note put on his profile, -1 for demotion and/or strike Edited April 24 by AflictoGaming Smelly makes a good point
Smelly
I think this is just an RP issue which was handled through the demote feature which is the correct way to go about this. While staff should be held to a higher standard, I think a demotion or a strike plus extension to tmod time is a bit over the top for this type of thing. I think a quick talking to would suffice and Javel seems the type to listen to feedback and make the changes necessary. Javel is a great staff member with future potential HOWEVER that does not excuse breaking rules, on the flip side of that coin, this isn’t the most severe rule break we’ve ever seen and would be a slap on the wrist for most users regardless of who they were. I am +1 for a talking to about not doing this again and possibly a warn/add note put on his profile, -1 for demotion and/or strike Edited April 24 by Smelly 1
