So terrry was doing the normal, build a mega base inside the tunne to industrial. i was inched close to ask him what section the props came from, Javel walked up behind me and cuffed me. i see i had a bounty but they didn't attempt to do anything about it, instead they held me still as terrry attempted to kidnap me (Bludgeon) that didn't work so instead i was being shot at with a tranq gun/Silenced weapon as i was attached to a wall. i was slowing trying to break myself out. Javel then grabbed me again telling me i can't break out before dragging me inside of Terrry's mega base and leaving

In the clip it clearly shows the rule violation of cops assisting criminals and also shows clear cuff abuse. Im gonna vote for +1 for strike or possible demotion. [Id like to hear from Javel]

This is disappointing to see as I had high hopes for Javel as a T-Mod he's should have known better then to be assisting criminals as a cop

Javel is really cool and performs sits very well but this isn't it bro, I wouldn't say full demotion but that's up to the rest.

I will admit that this is a pretty straight-forward clip, but I do have 2 things that I would like to point out from my perspective although I do not have a clip on my end to show things, nor logs as I didn't think this would be an issue.
The first being 1 In the very beginning of the clip at 0:04 I had no idea he was trying to kidnap you as you saw my back was turned, which he moved around and hit you in your back as you noticed a half a second later I jerked towards looking at you again. I grabbed you with the tether and started moving you a little bit towards the bank wall and tethered you to it as one of my weekly quests is to tether people which you will see right below in a screenshot

Before and while he started/was shooting you with I'm assuming a tranq m9 I was staring at Jom Scrongus with a big ole red recent "Hit Accepted" above his name with a shotgun pulled out and glanced back at you when I saw the bullets going towards your direction, which I saw who the shooter was and not even 2 seconds later switched to iirc the g36 suppressed to kill Jom, which you moved back in my way at 0:20 so I didn't fire then.

In between 0:30 to 0:40 when I say "You can't break out" I literally meant what I said, as I thought our gang had the Steel Grade Cuffs talent unlocked (got rerolled), so again when I say "You can't break out" while I was trying to grab your tether from my perspective you were just running around, which when someone does this to me when I have them following, it bugs the T for "anchor player" out for me, in which I literally cannot stop grabbing or tether someone until I am killed (after recreating it when I just rejoined at 21:24EST with Dr Perkys help (gang member). Even if they become uncuffed it still remains. From 0:40+ I was about about to retether you to a wall to try and atleast figure out what was happening and to finish my tether people to walls quest. (I thought it was just tether 5 times, not unique players. I'm completely at fault here) but a few seconds later I saw you called a demotion so I just left you there as I was about to be kicked eitherways because of the hivemind (if someone thinks im specifically talking about them, im not, im talking about the monkey see monkey doo community thoughts with voting yes/no for things.)

For this screenshot incase anyone thinks I have someone cuffed in spawn, my back is to the wall, I just recreated the bug with Dr Perky (gang member).

I do recall another time iirc (and I say iirc because I can't exactly remember if it was you or someone else) was being kidnapped by the hobos who took over that tunnel and damage logs should show I helped out but the person who got the final kill was FlexTape.

Again if I knew this was going to happen, I would of had a clip on my end and logs, but I didn't, From other posts on here, (I.E. Sits) I do usually always clip my interactions. To the original reason I cuffed you was because you had a bounty.

I would like to end this off with I'm sorry Yolky. As the only thing I have with my reply is words and no actual clips/logs, I will take full fault for whatever the final decision is. And I would like to apologize to you personally @Yolky for if anyway I wasted your time throughout this interaction we had.

Javel caught lacking definitely knew better  +1 for strike -1 Demotion

 

He fucked around this isnt anything major tbh give him his warn/strike or both and the opportunity to learn from his mistake here.  Dude has been doing an excellent job handling sits and to demote over this seems excessive to me and a waste of a trial mod attempt.

As others have said, the clip shared shows Javel cuff abusing and assisting criminals at a cop. 

Although I think it would be an incredible waste of a good staff member to demote him.

Not only do I believe Javel should learn from this mistake but he should also review the cop rules and gain a deeper understanding.
