Player Harassment and FTC Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? All I ever did was listen to what the Tmod told me to do, but he still banned me after I did exactly what he told me to do. Who warned/banned you? Yung Pussybanger How long were you warned or banned for? 1 day The alleged player harassment in question was me arresting the player FAPGOD multiple times for being a cc who had illegal weapons. After I arrested him around 5 times in the span of 10 mins (while arresting lots of other people) I was taken to a sit by Yung Pussybanger. He was questioning why I was arrested him multiple times and I explained my reasoning of him being a cc. he said that I shouldn't be arresting him that much and it was player harassment. I asked him multiple times if there was any limit on how many times you can arrest someone and he couldn't give an answer. He then brought bone to the sit and he said that there is no limit, but I still shouldn't be arresting him. Pussybanger then said that I can arrest him every 5 mins (which he arbitrarily chose) so I agreed. When I was returned I went afk and when I came back FAPGOD was there and I arrested him for illegal weapons knowing that it had been at least 15 mins from when I last arrested him. I was then taken to a sit and banned for Player Harassment when all I did was follow Yung Pussybanger's rule that he made up. I suggested that it would be best to completely avoid FAPGOD, in which, yes I did give you a timeframe of 5 minutes to arrest him, but after the sit was concluded and done I returned you first. I don't find it surprising that you failed to include what happened prior to the sit (specifically the 2nd video), such you waiting for him to be returned and to immediately arrest him when he was. You knew what you were doing, constantly going on top of the tunnel to SPECIFICALLY arrest FAPGOD when there were countless other CC's around him. Its almost like you're abusing a grey area of a rule {Loopholing!!!} to constantly arrest someone, in this case, the same person within 3 minutes. I find it appalling that you dont see an issue with camping a spot (where you know a player will be returned at) and arresting them isn't an issue. Also using "AFKING" as an excuse to just stand there and wait is also dumb; where's the footage of you being afk? Maybe you dont have it? Now I question this, If you know i didnt say the last part along with giving you a 5 minute timeframe, why go this far and not refer to the video? you're creating unnecessary and useless conflict within this post, further leading away from the actual point from it. This will be the last time I comment on this post, unless told to provide more evidence, other than that, I feel as if i've done my part and this is useless bickering from both sides. I will now wait for other staff to give their thoughts.
