i agreed to show the clip. Once the player confirmed if he shot me or not with the swep, that never happened. To me it looked like the player was simply trying to get his swep back and didnt want to answer the question because he clearly hit me with the swep.

The proof we have if no one provides video evidence are the logs. It's not siding with a particular player, it's reading the logs and going through those. Anyone can make claims during sits to save themselves which turn out to be a lie. I am not saying you are lying or did lie, what I am saying is that you have to step into our shoes and view the bigger pictures of how many sits a day we take and how many claims we hear that are flat out lies. It happens every sit or close to every sit. This isn't a matter of bias towards you, more a bias towards looking at what the logs can provide us.

 

I will wait to vote until video evidence is provided because at this point Chesmond only has the logs he posted.

the clip is almost 10 minutes long at 1440p with high bit rate. In the mean time, heres a clear screenshot if him launching me. once this is accepted you need to remove the players swep as he clearly only made the report to get his items back. It was a justified kill and he needs to be careful who he shoots

i call bullshit, how hard is it to ask the player if what im saying was accurate? the player would have either said yes i shot him or no i didnt. If he claimed no, i would have borked my entire houses internet to show proof. I shouldnt be required to upload a video if the player making the report is being vague and dishonest about what happened

i downloaded a program to cut the clip, i recently reinstalled windows so i have no programs to do this, I will upload the clip

id recommend you use metal.tv its very fast and you can record your entire session and clip what you need

like smelly said tho in the case of he said she said where the reporting member don't have a recording we have to go off of logs... Logs showed you killed him, you claim he used the tele swep which don't show damage, so without any video it looks like you RDMd him. He shouldn't have to say yes or no for you to comply. To me you wanting him to say no is trying to get him in trouble for lying in a sit

correct. because i knew he only called the sit to get him item back and clearly didnt want to admit that he shot me. The fact that the staff member never once asked him if what i said was true shows blatant bias towards me. The players rdm claim was automatically true whilst my claims were automatically false. This is the definition of bias

Its good to know, when i report a player for rdm, i do not have to elaborate on the reason for the kill and simply state it was rdm. i hope they have clips! For instance, i swing a bludgeon at someone, miss and they kill me. This is rdm unless the player has a clip. This is exactly what happened
