MOTD states: Cops require a valid warrant in order to raid a base. Raiding a base without a warrant is FailRP unless the door is open and they have committed a crime

The door was open but there wasnt any crimes being committed at the time, you being in the base in the first place is considered FailRP. 

 

A couple other things I notice in this clip:

You and Developer1000 are in a discord call together

When you did find me in the base committing a crime (weapon out, I had a bounty, you made no attempt to apprehend me, almost like you were waiting for me to kill you so you could report me for RDM

 

Its very clear both Developer1000 and Hyder have no intention to uphold the rules or punish players who are actually breaking rules but they are more or less trying to twist them in order to get players they dont like punished.

How did i raid you? your doors were open, no keypads or anything. I just walked in and did nothing wrong. I was looking at you because i was going to arrest you for having a gun out but you rdm'd me too quickly to allowed me to do that!

 

There is absolutely nothing wrong with us being in a call together. 

why does it matter if i have no intention to uphold the rules? 

i was asking him to unmute because he was claiming the sit, anyone could have claimed it and it wouldnt have made a difference to me you still rdm'd me

Raiding: Having the intent to invade another person's home. Whether you're being harmful or not, trespassing someone else's house should be considered a raid.

 

Straight from the MOTD. You were clearly not trying to apprehend me, you are a CP main, you know how to arrest better then that.

if you think i shouldnt have gone in why did you not make a demote on me? because nothing can happen in this forum from me entering someones base.

Making this a valid warn for RDM. I also don't see any correlation with Hyder and I sharing a CC together, it didn't affect the sit at all and I was more than reasonable as you have 4 RDM Warns in the past 4 days!

 

I will be a -1 for removal of your warn.

One thing I did notice about the clip that I found was odd, why was @Hyder playing as Judge Gabe and doing this? I don't see any sort of warrant in the video.

The rule I pasted earlier states its FailRP, which is something thats handled outside of RP, not something you would demote for. 

 

I dont understand why you and your friend want me and my friends to be punished so bad, if you stopped messing with us there would be no problems.

yeah i never created a warrant, as far as I knew you only need one if the base has a locked door or keypad or something like that. they have people walk into that base all the time. I could be wrong but I thought thats allowed?
