Hyder came into my friends base so I killed him while hitting my party bind. About 10-15 mins later im pulled into a sit and warned for RDM because I wasnt on the doors. MOTD states: In order to defend a base, you must be on the front doors of the base OR inside of the base before raid starts. Trespassing of any sort (especially a cop coming into a non-public thieves base) is considered a raid, seeing how I was inside when this happened I think its fair to say that I was within the rules to kill him, and the warn should be removed, thanks. I am not looking to cause any further issues, but i think it is important to note that both Hyder and Developer1000 share a CC together, and both have been consistently standing outside of our base since last night doing various antagonistic activities in an effort to provoke not only myself, but my friends that I play with to break rules. I had another issue with Developer earlier today. He clearly doesnt know the rules based off of my one interaction with him. He is a senior mod with only 6 hours of in game time on the server. You are correct, with the MOTD stating "MOTD states: In order to defend a base, you must be on the front doors of the base OR inside of the base before raid starts". However, as shown in the clip here: 1) You were not on the front doors of the base 2) You were not inside the base before the raid starts Making this a valid warn for RDM. I also don't see any correlation with Hyder and I sharing a CC together, it didn't affect the sit at all and I was more than reasonable as you have 4 RDM Warns in the past 4 days! Since I was only outside of the base for a couple minutes, I assumed that you came in through the sewer entrance with a warrant for one of my party members since we all had a bounty (hence why I ran to the back after killing you to verify a prop was still covering the sewer entrance). I apologize for the mistake, but as far as I am concerned this was still not RDM. Whats more curious is why you as a CP are raiding without a warrant? MOTD states: Cops require a valid warrant in order to raid a base. Raiding a base without a warrant is FailRP unless the door is open and they have committed a crime The door was open but there wasnt any crimes being committed at the time, you being in the base in the first place is considered FailRP. A couple other things I notice in this clip: You and Developer1000 are in a discord call together When you did find me in the base committing a crime (weapon out, I had a bounty, you made no attempt to apprehend me, almost like you were waiting for me to kill you so you could report me for RDM Its very clear both Developer1000 and Hyder have no intention to uphold the rules or punish players who are actually breaking rules but they are more or less trying to twist them in order to get players they dont like punished. 1 1 Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/20706-warn-appeal/#findComment-140797 Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you watch the video, Hyder is the one making the sit. He pm'd developer saying to unmute in discord. Meaning that Hyder and Developer were in the same discord call. Developer also took Hyder's sit. That's bias 100% through and through.
