Your In-Game Name:

Spectate

Your Steam ID:

STEAM_0:1:53866786

Who are you reporting?:

Lobotomites (STEAM_0:0:54040857)

Why are you reporting this player?:

Lobotomites shot an SBC cannon to destroy all entities in their base while we were raiding. Initially after asking in OOC why they did this, Lobotomites says we were not "raiding" them when we had placed down many deployable shields outside his base to prepare (which is quite loud) alerting them of us coming to raid. There were about 4-5 people inside the base including: She Like The Way That I Woo (STEAM_0:1:237102204) who was the owner of the door/dupe placed inside the base, unoriginalzoot (STEAM_0:1:526565313), and La La Land (STEAM_0:1:1703937). Lobotomites then in the admin room says that they were all about to log off the server and it was a coincidence that he blew up everything right as we all left our base in red industrial to begin placing deployables to start raiding them. I do not have a full clip of the raid, but I do have the sit recorded with Dev1 who recommended I take this to the forums who generously provided me with logs that prove Lobotomites very likely had the full intention to break entities during raid. Forgive me for the poor quality of the two clips I provided.

Do you have evidence related to this incident?:

Yes

Relevant Info:

https://youtu.be/rkfC_BdUeLI - Clip of the admin sit with Dev1
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c3sjz73T2-o - Clip of Lobotomites and his base members still playing on the server after they claimed they were logging off.
Logs provided by Dev1 show they likely either heard us placing deployable shields, consuming food, or saw us on cameras outside and tried to loophole the rule about breaking entities since we hadn't yet lockpicked the door.
In the screenshot of the logs provided below, it shows he blows up the entities in the base (as well as his friend) right as First Mate Cookie and I begin placing deployable shields.

Based on the evidence that you have provided you and your team had full intent to raid the base by placing the shields down and consuming food as well. According to our rules "Raiding: Having the intent to invade another person's home." I would say that you had full intent on raiding making this a valid raid and since the players did not get offline they did not want you to have the ents. I am a +1 for Lobotomites to get a warn for failrp

Didn't hear the deployables or the food. I refused to log off after because of Spectates BM and stuck around to get him seething. Rich. Also there were only three of us in base. Not 4-5. The logs also show I stopped the in-base shenanigans AFTER they started raiding. How am I supposed to know someone is raiding before any queue on the clients end? The alarm was the only thing I had to go off of. It wasn't my dupe nor did I have access to the cameras.
Also Tsunami if you're going to quote the rule how about you post the entire rule?

"Raiding: Having the intent to invade another person's home. Whether you're being harmful or not, trespassing someone else's house should be considered a raid."
Nobody was trespassing at this point either. We didn't have any KOS or Loitering sign so there's no reason to assume our base extends to the road.

Thank you for post this part of it I read the rule as a part 1 for what I put and part 2 after but it does make sense on how you explained it since they weren’t pick locking and we have no proof if it was a normal camera or an RT Camera I will give you the benefit of the doubt and switch to a -1

I was brought to weigh in on the sit, and I said it pretty much boils down to "did lobotomites reasonably know he was getting raided" If we dont have anything to prove that, we cannot just assume he's in the wrong. I think lobotomites chat logs/his party members chat logs would be agood place to look for evidence of this.

im Neutral with current information

So if I see 3 people on my cameras sitting outside my base preparing to raid without lock picking or using raiding tools I am allowed break my entities before the raid technically begins? This is very simple loop holing. I find it very difficult for myself to believe you are not lying. You back peddled and changed your story first saying you were perfectly allowed to break ents since we hadn't technically started to raid since we did not lock pick yet, then changed your story to saying you had no idea we were raiding and were "getting off soon" so you decided to break entities. If by "bad mannered" behavior you mean calling a sit on you for breaking entities so nobody gets them during a raid, I imagine you'd do the same thing.  We are placing down deployable shields, and within seconds we hear you spam firing an SBC cannon blowing up everything inside. I don't want any petty drama over this. You simply broke your entities so the people raiding (or preparing outside your base to raid you) could not get them which is fail RP. I don't have anything else to add to what I have already said. I wouldn't have even made this report if it wasn't for the fact you blatantly lied about why you destroyed your entities only to continue playing right after (which you say in your own report was to make me "seethe" more). You aren't acting in good faith here.

In my opinion this was very clear cut in logs with Lobotomies loop holing, with Spectate placing down shields(with an extremely loud sound), eating food & talismans. Only 15~ seconds later Lobotomite SBC'd the entire base and all ents.

I believe either:

1) your friends checked cameras

2) you heard sound cues of deployables being placed

and SBC'd the entire base before they begun lockpicking to claim that you "were about to get off" when you kept playing after the fact.

I will be a +1 for a FailRP Warn
