Bam46 kill baiting

Hung I apologize but I disagree with you. The evidence is cold-cut and there. BaM intentionally tried getting shot by legs, just to blast him after. BaM could've easily avoided this by doing warn 1/2/3.

 

BaM was harvesting in a farming zone that is public to everyone, he is not entitled to those crops and people may shoot them and take them.

 

+1 for Bam to be punished for killbaiting.

no it is not. there are no 30sec before showing if bam used the in-game warn system using the E menu

How exactly would this change the fact that Bam was kill baiting? It'd most likely just show Etho jump swepping around until he got to the harvest area. 30 seconds before/after wouldn't change that fact. 

 

There were many precautions Bam could have taken to prevent this from ever happening.

due to lack of evidence there is no way to know if bam46 warned him using another way, The E menu that would show in chat.
Again I am very disappointed to see mods and Smods alike jump to conclusions and not see that a mod is giving insufficient evidence  and no one bats an eye if this does not show who is bias or who is not looking thru our rules and clips thoroughly  I do not know what does.

insufficient evidence is for scenarios where it is clearly missing context IE the yahya pd raid which just didnt show the start of the raid at all, and had no logs for the situation. The clip shows the whole situation from beginning to end.

do you know what else that clip didn't show? Yahya himself adverting PD raid so idk what you mean about context, this clip is almost i identical when is come to evidence, again all clips must be 30s before and after the incident.

i never said i was not bias and i definitely am, that is why i am trying to get yall to think about the FACT there is lack of evidence, yall still seem to be not getting.

Bam has been talked to about the situation and has received a demotion to moderator rank. The evidence provided has been discussed and the conclusion that a demotion to Moderator would be the best fit for Bam. There are many avenues Bam could have taken to defend those plants within the rules, but purposefully lining yourself up to get shot so you can defend yourself is not the play.
