I was adverting for people to join the jackpot probably about once every 5-10 seconds, crabroll tells me to stop spamming so I start doing it once every 30 seconds. I am not sure what the limit is on how often you can advert in chat but I think once every 30 seconds is normal. Crabroll brings me into a sit and tells me that I was spamming, I tell him that i reduced it to once every 30 seconds and asked him what the limit was so I could follow the limit. He tells me I can now only advert one time per jackpot. I wasn't be noncompliant I was just talking about it with him, asking why I had this restraint if I did what he said. Then, without muting me or warning me first, he just instantly bans me. I also only adverted for 2 jackpots and I was pulled into the sit in the middle of the second one and stopped adverting there. I have never been banned this quickly before nor for anything like this. treelog Posted August 3, 2023 Author Share Posted August 3, 2023 I tried to stop spamming when you told me, I slowed it down, after you brought me into the sit i asked what the limit was. I was genuinely trying not to spam after you told me not to. Most people on the server spam adverts in my experience so I don't think anything of it and wasn't trying to spam in the first place. I know that I only have one warn left before I get banned so like I said I was really trying to follow the rules. I also wasn't trying to be noncompliant, I would have followed the rule you set for me, I just wanted to argue it a little bit. Crabroll Posted August 4, 2023 Share Posted August 4, 2023 After speaking with the SMOD team it was discovered that you, through the usage of two accounts have dodged many threshold warns. You are at 20 warns and 14 warns over two accounts. You also through changing accounts in Jan 2023, have "bought" yourself many more chances and dodged many repeat offense ban times. Just counting RDM bans alone, you have 35 across both accounts. By looking at the ban and warn history of both accounts it is clear that you have an issue staying out of trouble. The things you need to stop doing include RDM, MRDM, Toxicity, Racism and harassment, NLR, Scamming in various ways, Spamming. For this weasel behavior, you will be serving a 2 month ban concurrently with this existing 3 day ban. Your ban will be updated to two months as of now.
