False vote ban for "prop abuse for base"

The Jews Fear The Samurai raided me and I killed him, then proceeds to start a false vote ban against me saying my base is prop abusing. my base is clean and has no issue with prop abuse, he was angry because according to him he was shooting at me but i wasn't being hit (he was not shooting @ me). 3 staff team members were online

Hey guys! I saw this base myself before it was fixed. It was a blackout base, and I gave both of you verbal's for it. After, I had been burnt out from taking 100+ sits by myself, and was taking a break. While I was doing that, the voteban occurred. I believe there were 2 staff members online other than myself, so I'm unsure why you are singling me out and wanting me punished, (little weird) BUT I do believe the voteban was false, and unbanned you for it later.

Looking at that screenshot your base does seem to be a fail base due to the blackout texture, however Kez says that he gave you both verbals for it so I'm gonna assume the vote ban occurred after the fact. 

 

The use of the voteban/kick system is only supposed to be used when there AREN'T staff online, but two other staff besides Kez were online and didn't stop the vote? The voteban shouldn't have even been put up in the first place.

This base that is shown in the screenshot is NOT against the rules. The rule on blackout bases is that the base itself cannot be a maze nor can you make it to where you cannot see where to go. This base follows those guidelines.

 

+1 for the removal of the false ban and for the player to get a 1 week vote ban restriction.

I think Zucc said it best, the base isn't against the rules, the blackout rule is for bases that are complete darkness intended to confuse players who try to raid, this one you can clearly see a way through and where the goal is.

Since no one is commenting and I've talked to other staff members on the issue we will be accepting this.
