Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I should be unbanned because I don't have Garry's Mod and I don't want to get it on my account. So I decide to family share my friend's Garry's Mod, I was recently told by a staff member named f___ that my account was banned due to family sharing and I know why I was banned now, so I asked my friend if he played any multiplayer server and he responded with yes. I did do a check on his multiplayer list see if he was banned on any server and it came to my attention that he was banned on this server, so since I was family sharing to his Garry's Mod account the staff member thought I was ban evading which I was not doing. I really do like this server and there is no server like it and I just spent some money on it today just to have some more fun and mind my own business in the server. I don't mean any harm to any of the staff but I just want to get unbanned because I mean this is my favorite server just to hangout and grind on. I don't cheat and I don't use any type of exploit and I like all the staff here, I just want to get unbanned and this ban was a misunderstanding.
