Appeal to get false vote ban off my record since the correction from the other one still has not gone through.

Why were you banned or warned?

It was a vote ban that was blatantly because he was raided and vote banned for RRDM.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Because the vote ban was a false vote ban and there was clearly no RDM on my side. The only guy I killed after the raid tried to kidnap me and pearce was not even in the area, used a party assist bind way far away, jumped in with a jump swep, and killed me. I asked him why he killed me and his only response was "dude you're so fucking dense, it's so sad, get fucked" so I vote banned him. He then proceeded to tell his buddies (over 4 people in his party) to say no to it and started one on me that was false for RDM x3 which there was none of.

I am remaking this appeal because when Sugar sent me the logs from the server side (which line up with the console, Spektor said the ban would be removed "I still don't think there is enough information, but also I can see how there would not be enough information from his side as well since we can't see the full picture.  I will update the appeal and remove the voteban as soon as I'm home. 

Hopefully we can work on being able to retrieve logs better for votekicks/bans in the future. "

The appeal has not been updated and the vote ban is still there. This has been going on too long and his response to the extra evidence from Sugar took 3 days to respond to alone. This appears to be the only way that staff will see it now so I am remaking it.

 

If you need to check with sugar to verify he sent the logs, you can or I can screenshare you the messages from him.

                     Hello Tyz! I would like to apologize for the hoops you've had to jump through, and that this is taking so long. After reviewing the logs Sugar sent, and the console logs once again, it's clear that the voteban you received is lacking enough evidence to keep it on your record. All of the following is how I have come to that conclusion; After killing him and his party member, you then kill him again and ask in OOC why he was coming back to spectate a raid. He doesn't combat this statement at all, however, from his replies to you asking why he killed you it's assumed on my part that he would have called you out for rdm or not even raiding in the first place when you asked him why he came back. So from my point of view, all three of your kills look to be as if they were involved in a raid you were currently doing, which in my mind debunks those three kills as being RDM. As with your last appeal I am going to +1 this to get it off of your ban record.

With the new logs you’ve provided from sugar it’s a lot more clear of what happened. Instead of letting this sit for next few days before anything happens I’m just going to accept this and get the ban removed from your record, I’ll also be giving Pearce a warn for false votebans.
