I took the sit you made after this and followed up with one of the staff involved.

 

Personally I think that removing you from the specific job would have been a sufficient first step, and if you repeated the action then get a CP ban. 

 

This is a situation I don't see come up super often.  Since they are also still tmods and learning I understand the situation, but the only thing I see needed here is educating about kicking off a job in situations VS a cp ban and that demotes are there for an RP reason and can also be used in something like this by players.

CP ban is used to stuff like random cuffing, rda, stungun abuse and that kind of stuff, not for "using to gamble", i sadly dont know any of the backstory of this but using that reason for a CP ban is kinda unallowed

 

I will be reminding them to read the rules and check all the staffing guides

Easy to just tell a player "if he's not using the job to do the job do a demote vote or have the mayor fire them" it isn't that hard and shouldn't be a staff members job to "fix" something that could be fixed in RP. 

 

It's like me when I see users playing CP and they're fishing. It's not against the rules to fish. But if someone demoted them or the mayor fires them that's on them. +1 from me as well.

                          Hello Toxo, I apologize that our first interaction went so sour. However I would like to say before I explain my side that I do see this as a valid report to an extent, the punishment used against you was extreme in comparison to what myself and fraggerstar were shown after. To start this off; I was spectating this sit, what that means is I had no hand in your punishment or anything that happened thereafter, fraggerstar is the one with final say. However that does not change what I saw in logs and during the sit, which are the following;  A) The person who hunted you down asked you to change your job since you were in the casino for 20+ minutes and you stated multiple times in the sit that you were on the job just because "It has the highest paying salary and I want money while I'm gambling". B) Said person attempted to demote you since you were on a 1/1 job and it didn't work, so he then called a staff sit. C) You were being extremely rude and callous the entire time. You called the guy who made the sit and fragger absolute retards, fuckwits, etc... etc... and the whole time you were making fun of fragger for being a tmod and saying you were going to get him demoted for wasting your time. Do I think that these facts should have resulted in the cpban for 20 minutes? No; however I can understand fragger getting upset and pressured by you and making a decision while either irritated or upset, and I personally do not think that 20 minutes of you not being able to gamble on a cop job is not worth this being on fraggers record in the slightest. To add to that the playercount on the server was at 97 and the only staff on were myself, and Fraggerstar for two hours.

                          In conclusion, while I am under the assumption I have no hand in this I believe that what has already happened is more than enough. Fraggerstar has been told by multiple staff already that there are innumerable amounts of things he could have done different than a cpban. He has been made aware of all the RP reasons he could have told the person making the sit to go do; He was made aware of how to change your job to citizen instead of cpban. It is my opinion that the consequences Fragger has faced already through corrective training have been more than enough already, and I would completely disagree if there was anything done to him in the sense of punishment. So for me I'm going to remain neutral, leaning towards a +1.

Gonna go ahead and Accept this report, The staff members involved will be thoroughly talked to about this situation if they haven't already. Gotta remember that they're new to TitsRP staffing and still learning.
