Plus I would maybe be more willing to +1 for reduction but since you have past punishments for similary situations Im going to give this Appeal a -1. " past punishments for similary situations" my last nlr ban was for breaking nlr to talk to someone. This time i didnt even know that it was a base and i didnt know that nlr applies to rdm It was the same ban but not a similar situation. asdkjfhwijadi Posted April 15, 2023 Author Share Posted April 15, 2023 Not even gonna lie to you man, If i had been educated about what i had actually done wrong and about the rules on that type of situation before having sactioned the previous ban before this, i most likely wouldnt have done it again. i have read the rules after coming back onto the server but not all of them are made clear such as skybases and nlr applying after being rdmed. And this interaction aswell, no one had educated me on the rules and still havent in this type of situation and what to do and what not to do. I would not have cared as much if i had actually been educated and had some closure on the decision to ban me if you know what i mean. The only person that has given me any kind of help is MarkCX explaining skybases to me after the sanction had been placed. Not understanding the rules (which I find hard to fully believe given your warn/ban history) doesn’t excuse rule breaking. Your overall attitude about this alone is enough for a strong -1 from me. My guy you really needa stop goin' back to where you've died and just move on from stuff! Maybe during your time away from Titsrp you can do some light reading on the rules of the sever!
