Normally I would never post a ban appeal, but the arrogance of the admin who banned me prompted me to take time out of my day to post this. Whether or not I'm unbanned is of no consequence to me, I'm merely here to report the callous disregard and disrespect for the rules displayed by the Admin who banned me.

 

I will go over the events that led to my ban.

 

-15 minutes prior to my ban I was batoned by a cop. I insulted him and he handcuffed me. He let me out of the handcuffs and I shot him, then he handcuffed me again. I got free. 

-10 minutes prior to my ban I bought an apartment and a sniper rifle and prepared to kill the cop who cuffed me. I found him and sniped him. A cop that was with him shot at me and after about a minute I sniped him too.

-5  minutes prior to my ban some dude came slinging through my window like Spiderman (though he was a law enforcement officer, not spiderman). I asked him what he was doing in my apartment. I pulled out my gun, prepared to kill him, and he cuffed me. He served me with a $10k fine. I paid the fine.

-2 minutes prior to my ban I found that LEO who came into my apartment, and I sniped him as well.

-1 minute prior to my ban I prepared to board up my window with a prop so people couldn't get in that way, when another person came into my apartment through the window the LEO had just come through just as I placed the prop. I asked him what he was doing there. He didn't respond. I shot him, and he returned fire. I shot him again, and he died. 

-0 minutes prior to my ban, the person who had come into my window most recently teleported me into a sit. I asked him "how can I help you?". He said "you can help yourself." (this was all in-text ) 

He (the admin) asked me why I killed the two cops, and I told him what I typed above. He told me that was RDM and NLR (even though I never died.) 

He (the admin) then told me he was "going to ban me now." He followed up by saying "If you think I'm wrong, go ahead and file an appeal." 

 

So here we are.

 

To summarize 

Cop 1 handcuffs me, I kill cop. 

Cop 2 returns fire, I kill cop 2. 

Cop 3 jumps into my 5th story window, handcuffs me and gives me a 10k fine. I kill cop 3. 

Admin jumps into my 5th story window, we have firefight. I kill admin (didn't know he was admin)

Admin bans me with no real reason (abuse of power)

 

Realistically the admin was just mad he lost the firefight and abused his power, I'm assuming he's probably like 16 or something so I can't say I'm too surprised. Either way, I did nothing wrong.

Normally I would never respond to a ban appeal, but the arrogance of a person who callously disregards the rules should have a proper response. Without logs (which hopefully crab will provide) I can only make assumptions based on your own statements, which almost certainly colored with bias, but let's go over the rules you did admit to breaking! I'll cover the rest once Crab provides the relevant logs
1: If you are fined for something, that interaction is over. you may not kill the cop(s) involved. That would count as NLR or more often, Revenge RDM (both work, one just works better). a message even pops up after you pay your fine that shooting the cop that fined you will likely result in punishment.

For now, that's all there is. I'm down for a reduction to 3 days,  assuming cop 1 didnt fine you or arrest you. If they did, then.... Kinda revenge rdmed that cop. And even then, you're not supposed to be killing someone for something that happened five minutes ago, ya know? Generally accepted timeframe is 1-3 minutes at most. Over all, Still broke a rule there mate. -1 for an outright unban or punishment towards crab.

So youre are a liar and heres why. I was watching you sniping as a black market dealer for awhile before i personally went to that window to see what u were up to. I jumped to a nearby ledge to see you snipe and when i finally decide to jump at your window, u trapped me in a prop. Prop abuse, and a lot of failrp "Killing the cop/mugger who has just fined/mugged you after you paid a fine is FailRP" Given there is not specific punishment for failrp that is a general blanket term used for not doing your job properly, your case is moreso nlr/ or revenge rdm as drakos has stated. With all this in mind, u are to be punished for what u did. Just because no one else called a sit for any of the times previous does not mean u did not do so. Especially when we had so many new players on at the time, half of them dont even know what u did to them is against MOTD. On top of all that, you decide to LTAP as well since you couldn't explain anything.

 

Relooking at logs now, U also rdm'd this cop Sane4ek who never did anything to you either.

Instead after his interaction with Special educator at 11:40:31, he decided to keep rdming people and when i finally pulled up at 11:42:00~ he put up a single prop where i was at and trapped me.

Why didn't I block the window as soon as the guy came through it? Because I still had to shoot out of it to kill Special Educator. You think that I could somehow intentionally know you were going to come into my window and have both my physgun and my prop out conveniently at that time? The timing was coincidental at best and you took the opportunity to make it seem like I had committed prop block (you weren't stuck, and the window behind you was open.) Unless you can substantiate the propblock with evidence, I don't see how that charge can stand in any way. If like you the forum says that I'm innocent until proven guilty, then its your job to prove me guilty beyond a reasonable doubt which you have not done. 

 

The message that appears after you pay a fine says "Killing the cop who fined you may get you in trouble!" I took that statement to mean that I would get in trouble with the in-game law enforcement for  killing an LEO, not that killing that person was against the rules. If that is so, then I committed 1 count of RDM with mitigating circumstances. 

 

It doesn't seem like either of you contest that I'm allowed to kill someone for 

a) Handcuffing me (Cop 1)

b) Returning fire at me (Cop2)

 

All of this is irrelevant however, as that was just added context and none of those reasons were what I was banned for. I was banned for killing Crabroll, and trapping him with a prop, which is just patently and blatantly false. If it was as egregious as you claim, you would probably have video evidence of it which you do not. My killing of Crabroll did not constitute RDM because he intruded on my base, and I did not prop trap him because he was not trapped. 

 

 

As for your claim

The ONLY person I killed after Special Educator was you. What do you mean I "decided to keep rdming people." And why did I kill you? Because you came into my apartment. Your logic is deeply flawed. 

 

1. You say that I propblocked you, but have not given any evidence to prove that claim. You were not stuck. You pulled out a mac10 and tried to fight back. 

2. You say that I "continued to rdm" after I killed Special Educator but the only person after Special Educator that I killed was you. And I killed you because you came into my house and failed to provide explanation when prompted. 

 

I would like you to tell me

 

1. What proof do you have that you were actually stuck from my prop. Do you have any evidence or is it just your word vs my word (aka; Hearsay - not permissible in any even half legitimate judicial setting)

2. What do you mean that I continued to "RDM" people if your own logs prove that I killed no one after Special Educator which was the person who fined me(except for killing you when you made an unauthorized intrusion into my base)

3. Why did you come into my broken window in my 5th story apartment instead of calling me into an admin sit (which would have avoided this entire altercation?)

The prop trapping is not related to your ban time length, Btw, you can shoot cops who cuff you and dont fine you or whatever but there is an appropriate time to do so. I also never said you rdm'd me I was in your base which is fine. 

 

The reasoning for your ban is exclusively the fact that you killed numerous cops who actually did fine/arrest you and you cannot do so and Drakos already showed u where and why. The fact I bring up the timing of your prop is that your story does not match and this is why you got what you got in your sit. 

 

You couldn't have killed anyone after special educator because the next person is me and I pulled you into a sit right after lmao.

 

I do not need to prove that you trapped me with a prop and whatever, chat logs show you confirmed my story and again it is irrelevent to your case.

 

I also came to your window as an rp interaction, not as an admin so that actually means nothing for you lmao.

 

That being said, you already admitted in your own appeal and in your sit that you killed cops that had actual CP rp situations with you so we are just waiting for more votes.

But I already covered his death in the story. His death is cop 2. My timeline that I provided is not exact because I'm not recording and I was trying to be as thorough as possible.

Numerous? I did it once to Special Educator. How does that justify a 1 week ban.

You can clearly see in damage logs that After you killed bussy, No one damaged you, nor you anyone for a whole min +. The next person to interact with Sane4ek is actually me. After i shoot at him you actually kill him for no reason.
